The Challenge:
Adobe Managed Services provides digital marketing solutions for strategic customers who provide a digital marketing presence to their end users via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Our Customer Success Engineers (CSE's) are customer-facing engineers who partner with their assigned customers to drive value realization, return on investment and help the customer deliver on marketing goals. CSE's work directly with their customers to understand business and technical requirements, build long term relationships, and develop and operate AEM cloud solutions that delight customers and meet SLAs.
This position includes the following aspects:
Strategic client relationship management. CSEs are assigned as a designated technical operation advisor for 5 to 7 customers who are using Adobe Experience Manager and other digital marketing products.
The CSE role is equally: Client-facing (developing long term client relationships), keyboard-facing (technical operations) and colleague-facing (developing your own domain expertise and drawing on that of you peers in a collaborative environment).
CSEs are trusted advisors who champion projects and initiatives and act as facilitators between clients, third party providers, project managers, internal engineering and automation engineers. There will be frequent interaction with clients including Directors, of Fortune 500 companies.
What CSE's do:
Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, calling out relevant issues where needed. We maintain client contact and provide status updates for all outstanding issues while continuing to handle client expectations.
Help our clients achieve their business objectives by guiding or finding resources to answer clients' questions, identifying needs for account customization and overseeing changes to technical implementations.
Work closely with account teams and collaborate with other internal team members to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client happiness.
Support customer production websites. Solve technical issues, quickly identify root cause issues and recommend and/or implement steps to resolution is a key component.
Lead all aspects of customer support to ensure timely closure of quality and security issues and provide project management for professional services requests.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Technology Consultant at our Houston, TX location to support the planning and execution of SAP solution deployments.
Expectations and Tasks:
Leverage the capabilities of SAP's latest technology platform(s) and reinforce their benefits. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Implement and support the operation of technical system landscapes. Support setup and connectivity of integrated system landscapes (on-premise, cloud and hybrid) with good understanding of state-of-the-art methodologies. Engage in technology components-specific expert consulting. Support the delivery of system optimization services. Support solution proposals and bid management. Support the delivery of customer workshops and trainings. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Show comprehensive understanding of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; deliver according to specification and provides feedback for continuous improvement. Support in solution testing and issue resolution.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation . Alternatively , a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:
Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC Access Control module and its components, including Access Risk analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM);
Design and implement S/4HANA, HANA, and ECC roles, including Fiori applications using pages, spaces, catalogs, and groups;
SOX Audit Preparation on SAP systems and provide consultation and remediation on SOX 404 compliance findings;
Maintain User accounts and ensure all security access is assigned without Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts; and
SAP Identity & Access Management for S/4HANA, ECC, FIORI, and SuccessFactors.
Travel: Position requires up to 40% domestic travel to various unanticipated customer sites nationwide.

Compensation Range Transparency : The annual base salary range for this position is $ 140,421 - $43,910. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 140,421 - 159,900 . The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Our Customer Success Engineers (CSE's) are customer-facing engineers who partner with their assigned customers to drive value realization, return on investment and help the customer deliver on marketing goals. This position includes the following aspects: Strategic client relationship management.
