Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, will combine two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network starting in late fall 2025. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.
Hanover is seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.
This job reports directly to the Director of Plant Operations. Core duties include investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT
systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
Technologies to be managed include: server infrastructure, telecommunications, installation and trouble-shooting of all computers, multifunction and desktop printers and fax/copy machines, hospital paging system, computer security access and back-up systems.

The Information Technology Manager is responsible for the overall management of Information Technology and associated hardware at multiple factories within a region; emphasis placed on coordinating multiple IT Teams maintaining technologies that support the business strategies of the manufacturing/distribution environment. Also maintains an active role in the overall factory management process as an integral part of factory executive committees. Key responsibilities include the ability to coordinate and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
+ Align and supervise activities of Information Technology personnel across assigned region. Proactively ensure appropriate skill levels are maintained within the region in accordance with factory business strategies.

The approximate pay range for this position is $118,000-$169,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
