Olsson's Traffic/Technology team offers comprehensive traffic services, including traffic operation studies, pedestrian circulation studies, and intersection improvement/design projects. We specialize in traffic signal design and timing, pavement marking design, street lighting analysis, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Our expertise also extends to complex projects like citywide safety studies and signal system improvements. **Qualifications**

As the Growth Platforms Technology Manager- internally referred to as the Third-Party CSM Platforms Manager- within our Experience & Platforms Team, you will help steer the strategic use of Sales and Marketing platforms such as Wrike, Seismic, Databook, Bombora, LinkedIn Navigator, and TicketManager. You will assist in leading the team of platform specialists that conduct the day-to-day operations for these platforms and materially contribute yourself at times to ensure these technologies drive exceptional client experiences and business outcomes. Your leadership will bridge technical operations with business objectives, creating an integrated ecosystem that empowers our professionals to deliver outstanding service. From day one, you'll be empowered by our collaborative culture and commitment to excellence to drive innovation and transformation across our platform landscape.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
+ Contributing to the strategic vision for our portfolio of third-party CSM platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
+ Overseeing and at times performing the setup, configuration, operations, and optimization of our portfolio of third-party CSM platforms to support the firm's client service management strategy
+ Partnering with Experience and other sales & marketing teams to intake requirements and manage request backlog, providing transparency and communicating effectively
+ Measuring platform performance across multiple systems, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing improvements
+ Facilitating vendor identification and selection, in partnership with key stakeholders, as needed
+ Assisting in the management and development of a team of offshore Platform Operations Specialists, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth
+ Collaborating with peer CSM Platform leaders across Web, Marketing Automation, and CRM platforms and IT to ensure cohesive technology integration
+ Establishing governance frameworks, best practices, and policies for platform operations and management
+ Developing and managing platform roadmaps that balance immediate needs with long-term strategic objectives
+ Contributing to cross-platform initiatives to enhance user experience, drive adoption, and maximize return on technology investments
+ Creating documentation for platform processes, best practices, and policies
+ Managing regular platform data and asset audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
+ Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting platform issues
+ Delivering training and developing resources to drive user adoption and proficiency
+ Managing release and change processes to minimize disruption while maximizing value
+ Reporting on platform performance, utilization metrics, and ROI to Experience & Platforms leadership and peers
+ Other duties as assigned
You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing platform management
+ Demonstrated experience managing client service management platforms, preferably including Wrike, Seismic, Databook, Bombora, LinkedIn Navigator, and TicketManager
+ Strong understanding of platform architecture, integration approaches, and technical dependencies
+ Proven track record of successfully leading distributed teams, particularly offshore resources
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and to translate their business objectives into to platform requirements
+ Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
+ Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and partnership development
+ Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
+ Change management expertise and the ability to drive organizational adoption of new technologies and processes
+ Experience managing offshore teams and cross-cultural communication
+ Can travel as needed
The base salary range for this position in the firm's Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $104,000 and $56,000 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm's Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between 112,300 and 168,500 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm's San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between 119,600 and 179,400.
