CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Junior System Administrator to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award.
This position will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Responsibilities:- Assists in basic IT infrastructure operations and service support for a combatant command, ensuring that systems are following regulations, cybersecurity procedures, and cyber readiness standards
- Will assist with the implementation of DoD Information Assurance policies, including physical security, information security, and cybersecurity practices, aiding with dispersed teams with technical support

Job Summary
The Logistics Manager oversees all aspects of the warehouse operations including day-to-day workflow, asset accountability, systems management, fleet management, safety programs, general maintenance, and overall financial management success. Essential Functions:
- Creates and maintains a culture of safety in all aspects of the Warehouse Operations with emphasis on safety training, policy, inspection, and audits to ensure compliance
- Develop efficient and effective operational warehouse systems, processes, and controls to support overall business levels to ensure venue objectives are achieved
- Apply effective inventory management solutions to ensure a high level of operational productivity, asset availability, and asset tracking are utilized to reduce unnecessary shortages
- Create and maintain an equipment inspection process at warehouse level to ensure quality control and equipment performance is of the highest standard for rental assets, and any necessary repairs are managed expeditiously in a cost-effective manner
- Responsible for overall receiving and distribution of all assets relating to general Capex and supply orders, including inspection, accountability, processing, barcoding, shipment tracking and reporting
- Provide leadership, planning, direction, and delegation of tasks to the logistics team to achieve short-term daily workflow and long-term organizational objectives
- Conduct warehouse-level physical inventory audits on a regular schedule in an efficient and effective manner to ensure full accountability of all company assets
- Oversee and manage overall warehouse budget, expenses, personnel, building maintenance, material handling equipment, fleet vehicles, and general housekeeping
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development department to create Logistics and Warehouse training programs for all Warehouse Staff, and Logistic Techs involved with any type of warehouse operations, material lift equipment, and vehicles, including adherence to FMSCA/DOT Private Carrier regulations

Education & Experience:

Reporting to the head of Sales Strategy and Enablement, the Director, Consultant and Broker Relations, HR Technology Specialist (CBRT) is accountable for establishing and maintaining an assigned group of functional and internal corporate-level relationships with strategically important distribution partners. As a member of the GB Consultant & Broker Relations team, this dynamic role is part of a focused group that manages key distribution partner relationships HR Technology channels. This is a highly visible position with significant senior leader interaction both internally and externally, which influences The Hartford's Employee Benefits broker HR Technology strategies.
Responsibilities:
+ Establish deep, credible executive relationships with assigned distribution partners specializing in Technology for their firm, serve as a key contact for high profile Technology leadership.
+ Provide increased education, awareness and expertise on The Hartford's HR Technology solutions, capabilities and vendor partnerships influencing multi distribution channels including - Broker Tech Practice leads within our broker/consultant relationships.
+ Accountable for being the face to the market for sharing our HR Technology capabilities, strategies, and future roadmaps with Broker Partners
+ Engage with Broker Builders, Resellers, Independent Consultants
+ Have a pulse on the producer market as it relates to any technology evolution to anticipate what The Hartford may need to be thinking about next and drive that awareness within our organization. Effective knowledge of competitor carrier technology connections and the overall industry tech evolving market in how it impacts our value proposition positioning, supporting profitability and sales objectives.
+ Continue to identify future opportunities for The Hartford within the broker channel identified for sales and growth opportunities.
+ Effective knowledge of competitor carrier technology connections and the overall industry tech evolving market
+ Develop competitor and marketplace intelligence for broker strategy as it relates to HR Technology, specifically understanding emerging technology/platforms, how HIG is viewed in the HR Technology Space. Identify critical growth strategies in response that strengthen our competitive position.
+ Work with the Strategic Partner Connections team to understand multi-year capability roadmap, partnership focus areas, and inform the partner connection team of market and industry changes to influence future business cases and partner priorities.
+ Leverage data to evaluate impact of relationship efforts and investments to inform go-forward strategy.
+ Serve as point of contact for HR Technology operational issues and escalation .
+ Fully understand distribution partners' HR Technology strategic plans. Educate Group Benefits and distribution organizations on plans of assigned partners; ensure understanding of how GB HR Tech aligns with partners' needs and business objectives. Serves as an ongoing consultative resource for GB and Field leadership.
+ Develops and then executes partner business plans for each of the key broker partners, annually
+ Solicits HR Tech feedback from brokers. Communicates this feedback to sales leadership, partner connections, underwriting, marketing and the product teams (feature requests, market trends, competitive intelligence, new opportunities
Job Qualifications:
+ A minimum of five years of experience working in HR Technology, and either Sales Management or Distribution Management within group benefits insurance.
+ Detailed understanding of group benefits industry with a comprehensive understanding of brokers and their clients
+ A "can-do", activity-oriented individual who has the inherent drive and energy to follow through in the pursuit of measurable results.
+ Strong, clear communication skills and the ability to deliver both good and bad news in a timely and effective manner.
+ Self-starter who can hit the ground running.

This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement? Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
