Responsibilities
**What you'll do:** In this role you will be working as part of a team to monitor, maintain, and test Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM and other electronic security systems and support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems in support of the endpoint devices. The position provides Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems and supports the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
This position requires onsite support at a single work location in the Washington D.C. area. Candidates must be flexible in schedule, have the ability to travel, and be able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Manage physical security system support to meet service level agreements.

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.

As a **Recruiting Manager** , your responsibilities will include developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services; recruiting, evaluating and placing technology professionals in full-time positions with our clients; delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates; providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates; participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local community.
**Qualifications:**
+ A computer science or information systems-related degree preferred.
+ 2+ years' of experience in IT-related field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required.
