Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 9 years of relevant experience (or equivalent mix of education, certifications, and hands-on work)

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant (Security+ certified)

• Proven track record supporting Air Force ISR ops, with hands-on AF systems & databases

• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Fluent English communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect coursework or certification - Embedded experience with Air Force ISR units - CompTIA Network+ and/or Server+ credentials

A Day in the Life:

• Provide all levels of hardware/software support on servers, workstations, peripherals, laptops, phones, monitors, keyboards, printers, and other equipment as needed.
• Software and OS deployment using remote management tools.
• Manage Active Directory, User Permissions, and Group Policies in accordance with security policies and procedures.
• Collaboration with front/back-end developers in regards to various e-commerce and static websites, monitoring website availability and maintaining load balancers.
• Requires exercising independent judgment.

A Successful Candidate must possess the following experience:
