Position Overview:The IT System Administrator will play a critical role in managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient technology operations. This position will maintain and enhance our internal systems, networks, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
You will serve as a key IT operations generalist responsible for everything from network infrastructure to endpoint management, while optimizing employee lifecycle processes and access control via existing systems and processes. This hybrid role blends technical hands-on IT systems support with strategic SaaS management and security practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:The following qualifications and responsibilities serve as a position overview and are not exhaustive. Employees are expected to be team players and may take on additional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT System Administration, Network Support, or IT Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, identity and access controls, and user lifecycle automation.
- Experience managing Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Rippling (IT and HR modules).
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Monday.com, Office 365, and Loan Origination Systems.
- Knowledge of SentinelOne or similar EDR platforms.
- Exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud environments.

Summary/Objectives
The IT System Administrator role supports the overall day-to-day computer operations, file server management, and user access management. This includes but not limited to assisting employees with the installation, configuration, and operation of their computer or mobile device equipment, e.g., desktop, laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc. and with integrating PC systems into local-area and wide-area networks. The IT System Administrator; 1) ensures the integrity and security of the in-house voice, data, and video equipment and its associated network connections, 2) consults with various hardware, software, and telecom vendors for service needs, 3) supports the local and cloud based applications of the company, and, 4) applies proven communication, analytical, project management, relationship management, & problem solving skills to help maximize the benefit and maintain the security of KBC's IT investments.
Essential Functions
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot employee workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
- Facilitate minor hardware component replacements including but not limited to laptop keyboards, screens, RAM, and hard drives
- Provide troubleshooting for employee workstation hardware, software, telecommunications & networking equipment, escalating unresolved topics to the next level of support as necessary
- Distribute pre-packaged software using enterprise deployment tools.
- Plan, coordinate and process Windows 11 OS/feature updates for all company devices.
- Facilitate local backup procedures and offsite data storage in compliance with the company's retention policies.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all computer assets and peripheral equipment. Track changes within the Hardware Asset Management tool and identify asset purchases to support hardware life cycle replacements.
- Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
- Liaise with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on computer operation and other issues.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, tickets, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems.
- Implement and maintain regional IT security initiatives and operations designed to enhance IT security and protect intellectual property in the sites, by working closely with Regional Security Council.
- Help identify any non-standard IT practices and realign to corporate policies.
- Support and manage a variety of consumer-oriented devices, e.g., iPhone, and Android devices.
- Provides off-shift support, working overtime and weekends to maintain systems as required (typically less than 5% of time)
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones, PC components, and peripherals.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of product managers fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Lead strategic execution and delivery on the category strategies to increase sales, penetration and margin growth. While also leading the development and execution of product strategies for each category that drive growth, profitability, and market leadership and align with business strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to launch, including product planning, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
- Leverage market insights and data, evaluate tradeoffs, analyze outcomes (upside, expected and downside) to inform decision making on new opportunities and growth strategies.
- Drives project plans with supporting financials, manages a challenge process and drives execution of projects.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Provides point of view development on customer centered platforms like sustainability, safety, hygiene and productivity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and sales growth through effective marketing collateral, sales training, and customer support materials.
- Build successful partnerships with vendor partners, key internal customers and cross functional teams.
- Represents the "voice of the customer" in internal decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in related field
- Type of Experience: Product Management of physical/durable goods, Product Marketing, Product Sales, and/or Business Development in the B2B industry with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.
