* The Automation Asset Lifecycle Management Brand Technical Specialist (BTS) role is a technical, pre-sales, client-facing role supporting customers in the US Industry Market focusing in the Energy & Utilities, Communications and high tech verticals.
* The BTS provides prospects, customers, IBM business partners and the IBM's sales team with in-depth domain, product, solutions and/or technical product expertise covering the IBM Automation Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) pillar. This pillar includes solutions such as Envizi, Maximo, TRIRIGA, Environmental Intelligence Suite and IBM Sterling Order Management. You?apply your business insights,?build and maintain?client relationships, incorporate hardware, software and services into client-valued solutions and ensure client readiness for the implementation of technical solutions. * The BTS engages in pre-sales activity of the sales cycle including sales/business discussions, solution discovery, solution and business assessments, solution demonstrations, pilots and Proof of Concepts. They understand the client's business requirements, technical requirements and competitive landscape as it pertains to the IBM Automation ALM pillar.
* This role requires a consultative, solutions-focused approach that requires in-depth needs analysis (discovery), art of the possible demonstrations, customized presentations and demonstrations, and delivery of written documentation and other material to support the sales team and sales opportunities? When engaged for a specific opportunity or project, the BTS role is responsible for the technical accuracy of the proposed solution.
* As this solution pillar is large and comprised of many different individual solution components, when applicable, the BTS will also pull in other resources such as solution focused SMEs, Partners, etc. to help drive a successful technical solution review with our clients.

* At least 3+ years of experience with IBM Automation ALM solutions and/or competing solutions
* Must have a proven record of successfully understanding client issues and pulling together strategies to ensure the client is successful.
* Excellent customer relations; verbal and written communications skills.

This role requires a strong knowledge of the IBM Systems Z hardware and software ecosystem, focusing on IBM Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex (GDPS®). Strong z/OS, Parallel Sysplex, Networking and Automation skills are needed.
You will work with customers and IBM Sales and Business Partners to position, scope, and delivery of IBM GDPS® which is a collection of system recovery offerings on the IBM Z® platform, each of which uses services, clustering technologies, and server and storage replication and automation. Candidates must possess a strong background in executive consulting or technical sales and knowledge of IBM's GDPS® portfolio.
z/OS High Availability technology and capabilities including Parallel Sysplex
(eg: GRS, Coupling Facilities and Sysplex Failure Management)
z/VM system programming & Linux on z Systems administration
Copy Services technology including
Metro Mirror, Global Mirror and z/OS Global Mirror (plus FlashCopy Software replication (IBM InfoSphere Replication Server for DB2, IMS and/or VSAM on z/OS (GDPS®/Active-Active only) Successfully delivering IBM Z projects and/or architecting and planning infrastructures for customer's data centers
3+ years' experience in:
* Customer facing communications, requirements analysis, documentation, and report presentations.
* Project management and the ability to collaborate across teams globally Networking skills especially TCP/IP knowledge
* Tivoli System Automation and NetView
* Storage management experience using DFSMS
* Ability to lead customer technical workshops up to 20+ people Candidate should be self-organized, eager to learn with strong sense of analysis & troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Readiness up to travel 20% travel annually
* English: Fluent

What You'll Do Epic Games is looking for a Principal Data Analyst to join the Product Analytics team focused on Fortnite. You’ll apply mixed methods to own the end-to-end life cycle of creating data assets, reports, insights, and predictive models to impact the direction of efforts across Epic’s portfolio of products and ecosystems, with projects spanning across the Fortnite ecosystem. Your insights will shape the way players engage with content they love.
