This role ensures the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware and software. The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will enhance and support the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System. This role will serve as the primary administrator for our LMS platform, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and user experience across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (or other similar systems), a solid understanding of learning technologies, collaboration skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Learning Management System Oversight

-Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
-Configure system settings, workflows, and security to meet business learning needs and industry best practice; manage user roles, permissions, and system security within the LMS.
-Assist Department Training Managers with system upgrades and feature enhancements.
-Remain current on LMS features and best practices; propose opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
-Manage vendor relationships and contracts for current and future learning technologies.

Data Management

-Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through regular audits and validations.
-Assist with uploads and imports from other technology platforms used by Endeavor Air.
-Develop, communicate, and maintain documentation on system configuration and processes.
-Create and manage learning programs, catalogs, and assignment profiles.
-Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions within the LMS.

Reporting and Analytics

-Generate standard and custom reports to analyze learning metrics, ensure compliance, and assist in decision making.
-Support system upgrades, patching, and testing new features or enhancements.

User Support and Training

-Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other learning partners.
-Support the creation, upload, assignment, and tracking of eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), blended courses, and curricula, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
-Assist as needed with end-user support and training for business unit administrators.
-Partner with SAP to manage SuccessFactors including training and issue resolution.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

-Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Education, or related field or equivalent experience.
-3+ years of hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning in a corporate environment or other relevant LMS system administrator experience.
-Understanding of Dayforce or similar HCM system.
-Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or AICC-compliant content.
-Experience with course authoring tools (e.g., Rise, Storyline, Captivate).
-Ability to create and run ad hoc reports using Plateau Report Designer or SuccessFactors Reporting tools.
-Experience integrating LMS with other HRIS platforms or third-party tools, preferred.
-Knowledge of LMS-related compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, SOX), preferred.
-Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards. Ability to understand and comply with privacy rules, protect company property, and confidential information.
-Proficient in configuring learning items, content creation, curricula, assignment profiles, and user records.
-Advanced data management, analytical, project management, and troubleshooting skills.
