We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to support and maintain critical technology infrastructure and services. This role focuses on system reliability, security, and seamless day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on Windows-based environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and maintain PingFederate SSO client connections, including certificate management

  • Configure and support SendGrid for transactional and bulk email delivery

  • Set up and manage DKIM, SPF, and other email security protocols on Microsoft Exchange

  • Maintain and update DNS records across internal and external platforms

  • Provision and manage SFTP accounts and key-based authentication

  • Support and maintain internal applications such as Dynamic Forms for Exchange

  • Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and documented according to best practices

  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Development teams to support integrations and deployments

Salary for this role is: $52,000

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; Commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role

  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and related services

  • Hands-on experience with PingFederate or similar SSO/identity management solutions

  • Proficiency with SendGrid or other cloud-based email delivery platforms

  • Solid understanding of DNS, SFTP, DKIM/SPF, and general email security protocols

  • Direct experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

  • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and integrations

  • Background in higher education IT or other regulated environments

  • Exposure to DevOps practices, automation tools, or CI/CD workflows

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent documentation habits

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or Certificate from technical training institute required.

  • 5+ years of related technical and some managerial experience in supporting Information Technology environment at the server/data center level. Support would include (but not limited to): backup and recovery of systems, patching of systems, providing Tier II/III support to lower tiers, performance tuning, hardware upgrades, operational configurations, resource optimization, etc.

  • Experience serving as SME for information technology projects.

  • Background check.

**Job Summary**
Provides enterprise platform administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and tools, including maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and endpoint software delivery that enables our customers to be productive while maintaining a secure environment that optimizes Sanford's asset return on investment.
Works with team members to provide enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and solutions at Sanford Health. Solutions and services include Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Certificate Management. Responsible for providing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and solutions at Sanford Health. Solutions and services include Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Certificate Management.
Contribute to the build, administration, and support of enterprise identity management and governance solutions and services. Engage with other teams across Sanford to assist or consult in enterprise-wide projects. Assist in the creation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) security policies, standards, and governance. Administer critical identity services such as the Privileged Access Management. (PAM), Identity Governance Administration (IGA), and certificate management. Assist with application onboarding activities for identity management using Application Programming Interface (API) calls.
Generate IAM compliance reports and assist owners in the remediation of out of compliance identities using the management platforms and tools. Ensure identity management systems implement and enforce access controls and frameworks such as Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege. Coordinate and operate Access Certification and Segregation of Duties (SOD) campaigns. Work with internal audit liaisons to coordinate deliverables for internal and external audits.
Perform identity hygiene, that includes identity lifecycle management to ensure least privileged and zero trust policies are in place. Identify improvements to IAM processes and services via identity management solutions, cross-team collaboration, or business process changes. Manage the IS IAM Security Administration ServiceNow ticket queue. Prioritize tickets, complete tickets, and escalate to appropriate team members as required. Establish ServiceNow problems for recurring issues and engage appropriate team members to resolve problems.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree required, in lieu of education, leadership may consider an Associates degree plus 3 years of applicable experience in computer science, cyber security or an information technology related field.
Must have at least 2 years experience in the cyber security field.
Security Certifications are desired.

TheSystem Administrator Vwill perform system administration for Windows Server operating systems for which they have responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the security and administrative controls of service(s) and/or system(s).
+ Perform systems management and system monitoring and upgrade of all required Microsoft and Linux based systems/servers.
+ Utilize new data storage and replication technologies to ensure that all data is managed to provide full backup(s) and Continuity of Operations and Disaster Recovery.
+ Perform and monitor all server backups.
+ Restore files and directories in response to user help desk requests and requests.
+ Provide technical assistance in enterprise network design and implementation. This includes virtualization of servers, databases and applications.
+ Monitor the server application, system and security logs using various tools such as VMWare vSphere, Qwest Auditor and NetIQ.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Associate's degree or Certificate from technical training institute required.
+ 5+ years of related technical and some managerial experience in supporting Information Technology environment at the server/data center level. Support would include (but not limited to): backup and recovery of systems, patching of systems, providing Tier II/III support to lower tiers, performance tuning, hardware upgrades, operational configurations, resource optimization, etc.
+ Experience serving as SME for information technology projects.
+ Background check.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Ability to support Microsoft and Linux Operating systems.
+ Ability to travel
+ Knowledge of other Microsoft Products used to manage an enterprise operation.
+ Ability to develop project management documentation.

Position Overview
BPI is seeking an experienced and hands-on Information Technology Manager to lead and support our on-site technology operations at a growing distribution company. This role is ideal for a technically proficient leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and can drive technology initiatives that enhance warehouse, logistics, and enterprise efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ERP systems, especially DMSi/Agility, along with experience managing co-location data centers, disaster recovery planning, and a strong commitment to delivering consistent on-site IT service and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities

IT Leadership & Strategy
  • Manage all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to support day-to-day distribution operations.
  • Align IT strategy with business goals, focusing on operational uptime, order fulfillment efficiency, and user support.
  • Lead and develop a small team of IT technicians and support personnel.
ERP & Warehouse Systems Management
  • Act as the primary technical owner and administrator of the company's DMSi/Agility ERP system.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and inventory teams to optimize system usage, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Oversee integrations between ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other platforms like EDI or CRM.
Infrastructure & Network Oversight
  • Ensure reliability and security of LAN/WAN infrastructure, on-premise systems, and end-user computing devices.
  • Manage and monitor co-location data center infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and physical failover capabilities.
  • Oversee disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing, ensuring the organization can maintain operations during critical system disruptions.
  • Supervise upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networks and hardware systems.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Maintain strict cybersecurity protocols, user access controls, data backup procedures, and recovery plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data security and privacy regulations applicable to the distribution industry.
Helpdesk & User Support
  • Deliver responsive and proactive technical support to warehouse, office, and sales staff.
  • Maintain excellent communication and resolution practices for hardware, software, and system issues.
Technology Projects & Vendor Management
  • Evaluate, propose, and implement IT solutions to improve productivity, reduce manual processes, and support business scaling.
  • Manage technology vendor relationships, contracts, licenses, and procurement of IT assets.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Prior experience working in distribution, logistics, or wholesale environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows server environments, networking, desktop support, and backup systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing co-location data center environments, including hardware lifecycle and remote hands coordination.
  • Proven experience developing, maintaining, and testing disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage concurrent technology initiatives.
Preferred
  • Direct experience with DMSi/Agility ERP system.
  • Familiarity with EDI, WMS platforms, and warehouse automation technologies.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or PMP).
