- Administers and supports the day-to-day operations of the Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS) and related academic technologies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.

- Minimum of five years of demonstrated full-time experience in LMS administration, including platforms such as D2L Brightspace, Blackboard Learn, Canvas, or Moodle
- Possess experience in process mapping, workflow design, and configuration planning for institution-wide LMS implementation and administration
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server environments (20122019), Brightspace LTI integrations, directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), HTML, and integration with student information systems such as Banner
