BASIC FUNCTION
Primary Responsibility: The Technology Service Engineer (TSE) is responsible for remote and on-site integration, implementation and design of customer IT network and telephony products and systems, which may include network infrastructure hardware (i.e. Servers, Workstations, Racks, Routers, Firewalls, and Backup Solutions) and software networked configurations. TSEs are a vital link to the sales organization, in providing sales lead opportunities and/or feedback based on customer usage, change in business needs and other areas of Tech Services focus.
May serve as a team member or team leader within own work area or on a cross-functional team. May have service responsibility based on assigned geographic territory and/or individual customer.
WORK PERFORMED
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to all business needs.
- Responsible for responding to request generated by the Network Operations Center (NOC), which carry the highest priority of all request. TSEs will contact the customer immediately to provide confirmation of the request and an arrival time.
- Complete network assessment and all associated forms
- Ensures high-level customer satisfaction by providing end-user training on implemented solutions and advising customers on preventative maintenance procedures and configurations that may impact product and network performance.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Our Client, a Major Data & Analytics Enterprise is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to assist with a data engineering initiative, remotely with a preference for Alpharetta based candidates.
This role supports the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams. The right candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at keeping projects on track through clear communication and strong follow-up.
Contract Duration: 1 Year W2 Contract (open to conversion/extension)
REMOTE (Candidates Local to Alpharetta GA is a plus!)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to align deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and manage follow-ups.
- Maintain status reports, dashboards, and documentation of risks/issues.
- Help resolve challenges and contribute to process improvements.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of project coordination experience, ideally in IT or data-focused projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Hands-on with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
Preferred:
- Exposure to data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, cloud).
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
