Associates are also encouraged to present their own ideas that they believe would add value to J.W. Pepper's current business or to our core customers in K12 music education. During the interview process, we will attempt to match the Associates' interests with projects relating to sheet music technologies.
- J.W. Pepper intends to learn from our Associates and expects our Associates to add value in the short-term but also potentially be future candidates for full-time employment.
