Overview:

This role leads the firm's technology strategy and operations, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems compliance, hardware lifecycle management, and help desk support. The Director will partner with business leaders to align IT capabilities with companywide goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the company's enterprise IT roadmap, ensuring that systems support current operations and future growth.
  • Oversee implementation, integration, and maintenance of core systems, including financial, CRM, project management, and HR platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate technology contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead cybersecurity strategy and execution, including threat prevention, detection, incident response, and recovery protocols.
  • Oversee user access and identity management protocols in alignment with compliance and risk frameworks.
  • Manage procurement, deployment, and maintenance of all hardware including laptops, servers, mobile devices, and network equipment.
  • Ensure efficient network infrastructure across corporate offices and remote environments.
  • Manage 3rd party Help Desk vendor to ensure responsive, high-quality support and training for all employees.
  • Partner with executive leadership and department heads to evaluate and prioritize technology needs.
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required
  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience supporting a multi-entity or multi-location organization is a plus.

What we offer you:

Expected Salary Range: $105,000 - $40,000

Location: Remote

The Sr. ePCR Data Analyst develops or modifies moderately complex systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
  • Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
  • Responsible for workflow engineering to include business process flow, organizational structure, design, and capabilities.
  • Re-engineer business processes in all financial departments to enhance systems, identify staffing models, etc.
  • Facilitate performance improvement projects including project chartering, data analysis, task execution, and creation of in-process reports and project completion descriptions.
  • Examine, analyze, and compile statistical data within a database to help the company make decisions regarding products and services.
  • Process and structure operation, clinical, and financial data so that meaningful accurate understanding can be extracted and reviewed.
  • Conduct secondary market research and quantitative analysis.
  • Develop regular Development KPI reports to accurately measure Development activities.
  • Directly interact with end-users with the ability to understand their description of a problem and effectively communicate the determined solutions.
  • Understand business-processing requirements and act as an integral team member in creating solutions.
  • Operate as a key part of the internal support structure for new applications.
  • Assist in the development of end-user training, functioning as a liaison to training and implementation teams.
  • Track production costs and assist as needed in the production of department proposals.
  • Monitor and record system performance issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Education & Industry Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Data Analysis & Project Management experience (3-4 years preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with computer graphics presentations, flowcharts, and organizational charts.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Bachelors degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred.
  • Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions to business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities at all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing job environment.
  • Ability to provide guidance on complex cases.
  • Strong verbal communication, writing, and proofreading skills.
  • Advanced user knowledge of desktop publishing software applications preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.
