The 4th Floor Medical Surgical unit at St. Anthony Hospital, an achieved Magnet® hospital, is a medical/surgical telemetry unit of 36 beds and is primarily a telemetry unit with medical/surgical overflow. Our typical patient population includes heart failure, pre and post-cardiac catheterization, abnormal arrhythmias, vascular surgery, TAVRs, ablations, and other cardiac patients. **Job Summary**
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and in collaboration with the healthcare team. The LPN supports patient care by conducting assessments, administering medications, and implementing care plans. **Essential Functions**
+ Provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and responding to patient needs.
+ Conducts focused patient assessments, identifying and reporting changes in patient conditions to the appropriate team members.
+ Administers medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed, ensuring compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and safety protocols.

+ Clean and restock procedure rooms and ensure equipment is prepped.
+ **Obstetrics/Labor and Delivery/Postpartum/Nursery LPN:**

+ Administer prescribed medications to mothers and newborns within scope.

+ **Orthopedics LPN:**

+ **Telemetry LPN:**

+ **Dialysis LPN:**

+ **Cath Lab LPN:**
+ Prepare patient for procedure (vitals, consent form verification).

**Qualifications**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. Job Role:
• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation

+ Assists the Cardiologist during the catheterization process.

+ Ensures proper functioning of equipment and supplies.

+ Post-Procedure:
+ Continues to monitor the patient's vital signs and overall condition after the procedure.

**Qualifications**
+ 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
