**Responsibilities**
**Overview**
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence, the Business Intelligence Analyst supports brand and customer teams across Post Consumer Brands' grocery and pet businesses by partnering to understand and anticipate analytical needs and design analytic tools and reporting. This position focuses on understanding and anticipating analytical needs, then designing tools and reporting solutions that enable effective, data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. While prior experience with all tools is not required, a strong desire to develop new skills and take ownership of projects is essential. This position is perfect for someone who can take complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth.
**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
+ Partner with commercial teams to deliver analytical solutions that support strategic objectives
+ Develop and maintain Tableau reporting, always focused on providing actionable insights
+ Support cross-functional processes (Joint Business Planning, Category Stories, Customer and Channel Playbooks, Pricing and Trade spend management, Commercial Strategy, Commercialization, and Integrated Business Planning)
+ Perform Ad Hoc analysis where needed and provide recommendations

**Qualifications**

+ Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to gather, integrate, and transform data from various tools and systems into centralized databases to support GenAI Oracle Code Assist team's reporting and analytics.
+ Collaborate with GenAI/ML leadership, product and stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals, ensuring data solutions align with operational objectives and provide actionable insights.
+ Build and optimize scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track metrics against goals, enabling data-driven decision-making for the AL/ML Applications org.
+ Monitor and validate data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data sourced from diverse tools.
+ Partner with Product team, Data Scientists, Engineering team to understand requirements, design and develop automated processes to streamline data collection, aggregation, and analysis, reducing manual effort and improving reporting timeliness. Work with distributed, remote, and cross-functional teams.
+ Conduct regular audits of data pipelines and reporting outputs to ensure reliability and alignment with evolving business needs and KPIs.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends in business intelligence, data integration, and analytics tools to ensure the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions in data management.
Qualifications
+ 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or data analytics roles, with a focus on developing data pipelines and reporting solutions.
+ Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and BI solutions using tools such as SQL, Python, ETL frameworks
+ Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
+ Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python or Java
+ Experience with SQL, Apache PySpark
+ Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, assess data quality, and translate findings into actionable insights for business and leadership consumption.
+ Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
+ Experience building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,800 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
