Dashboard and Report Design: Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using the Domo platform. Ensure that visualizations are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements. Data Integration and Transformation: Assimilate, clean, and structure data from various sources Connect to various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare data for analysis. Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives. Interact with subject matter experts to comprehensively understand the NetSuite data structure Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboards and reports for performance and scalability. Define, monitor and communicate KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives and to track the health of the business Implement best practices for data visualization and Domo platform usage. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Domo dashboards and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and the Domo platform. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, business analytics or related field preferred High School diploma is required. Experience and/or Training Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required. Licenses/Certifications Data analytics or BI Developer certification from any of the following is preferred: Microsoft, AWS, Google, Tableau, Domo Technology/Equipment Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses and services (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery, Snowflake). Experience with connecting to various data sources via APIs and using data connectors to import data into Domo. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis Knowledge of ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources in Domo. The ideal candidate will have significant health insurance experience, strong business intelligence expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The full salary range for this position is $113,100 - $193,900. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. POSITION TITLE: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Support and improve Clearfields data strategy. Responsibilities include a mix of system and business analysis across the enterprise (e.g. continuous improvement across Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.), building out supporting entities, and project engagement.

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as product owner of Clearfields business intelligence efforts in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Lead business and functional requirements meetings. Analyze gaps and drive resolution around appropriate reporting and organizational dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across the current software platform and recommend solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and utilization.
  • Provide leadership defining functional area data elements to be used for operational and strategic reporting.
  • Develop and publish enterprise dashboards for Clearfield leaders and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions on best practices around data visibility and presentation.
  • Completes other duties and projects assigned or apparent.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
  • Five years of progressively responsible hands-on professional experience delivering business intelligence through dashboards or reporting platforms that enable the company to make strategic and operational decisions to improve the organizations growth.
  • Expert Power BI user.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent client-facing skills (e.g., verbal, demonstrations, written, training, etc.).
  • Flexible with time and capable of working in a process-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities** :

**Required Qualifications**
