We are seeking skilled TIG Welders/Fabricators to join our team. This role involves utilizing various tools for fabricating, welding, assembly, and finishing of handrail systems. You will be part of a custom weld/fabrication shop, working collaboratively across departments. The position offers multiple openings with two shifts available: 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm and 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm with a shift differential.
Responsibilities

Measure, layout, cut, fit, join, and fabricate stainless steel railing systems using appropriate measurement and welding techniques.

Read and interpret shop drawings, project plans, blueprints, and other instructions to fabricate high-end architectural stainless steel railings and components.

Operate welding equipment to produce quality TIG welds in stainless steel in horizontal and vertical positions.

Grind and polish stainless steel materials to meet required finish specifications.

Operate various metal working equipment including saws, drill presses, punch presses, bar and pipe benders, brakes, grinders, and polishers.

Perform detailed quality checks to ensure manufactured products meet fabrication drawings and standards.

Utilize knowledge of machinery, equipment, mathematics, and physical sciences to complete fabrications.
Essential Skills

Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding, band saw operation, drill press operation, assembly, fabrication, and polishing.
