- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
