Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a diverse range of agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, sprayers, planters, and tillage equipment.
- Perform field operations such as planting, cultivating, spraying, harvesting, and tilling according to seasonal schedules and crop needs.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of machinery, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Utilize GPS and other precision agriculture technologies for accurate field operations and data collection.
- Monitor crop conditions and apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as directed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations while operating machinery and handling chemicals.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, fuel consumption, and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with farm management and other team members regarding operational status and any issues.
- Assist with general farm labor and other duties as assigned during off-season or as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating a wide range of modern agricultural equipment.
- Proven ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of crop cycles, soil conditions, and agricultural practices.
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies (e.g., GPS guidance systems, yield monitoring) is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL A is a plus.
- Ability to work extended hours, especially during planting and harvesting seasons, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb, stoop, and work in various weather conditions.

+ Monitors and ensures that key member intervention activities are completed on time and accurately to present results to key departmental management and other Molina departments as needed
+ Writes narrative reports to interpret regulatory specifications, explain programs and results of programs, and document findings and limitations of department interventions

**Job Qualifications**
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ 3 years' experience in healthcare with a minimum of 2 years' experience in health plan member interventions, managed care, or equivalent experience.
+ Demonstrated solid business writing experience.
+ Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio (flow chart equivalent)
+ Demonstrates flexibility when it comes to changes and maintains a positive outlook.
+ Has excellent problem-solving skills.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 1 year of experience in Medicare and in Medicaid managed care
