**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Conduct technical training in-person, virtual and in video to our customers, impact partners, and personnel
+ Perform audits of Emerson and third party channel service locations assessing the proficiency of equipment and personnel to established standards
+ Assist with development of training materials, updating materials and proofing
+ Ensure technical accuracy of the training material
+ Participate in the development and continual improvement of course curriculum
+ Maintain, repair, manage training equipment
+ Grading of exams, and collection of training surveys
+ Gather and research technical information, including engineering and development information, for use in course development activities
+ Participate in new product development activities and gather information for instruction manuals and training course creation
+ Work closely with product teams, engineering, and service to maintain a high degree of technical expertise on assigned training topics, and product offerings

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ 3+ years of experience required, in service repair, assembly, related product sales, applications or engineering

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
+ Ability to speak English

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**

+ Drives station and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. + Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
+ Support station and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, EP duties, and special projects.
+ Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
+ Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high quality training.
+ Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
