Job Summary
FLIK is seeking a skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join the team on a 15-month contract basis. This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates located on the East Coast to align with project timelines and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
+ Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling digital learning experiences using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Photopea.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product marketing, program design, creative development, editorial, project management, and legal-to ensure cohesive and effective learning solutions.
+ Create, review, and edit SCORM 1.2-compliant training modules that deliver high-quality, interactive, and impactful learning experiences.
+ Develop and manage online learning tools and resources through Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), or social learning platforms to support learner engagement and success.
+ Enhance the accessibility, inclusivity, and overall effectiveness of digital learning content.
+ Produce compelling live-action and animated video content to clearly communicate learning objectives in an engaging and memorable way.
+ Leverage creativity, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional training experiences.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or a related role.
+ At least 2 years of experience developing SCORM-compliant content using authoring tools such as Articulate.
+ The ability to travel occasionally (10%).
+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.

This position is qualified for remote work but will have time spent in the Schaumburg, IL, Fort Lauderdale, FL areas, and at customer locations across North America.

This dynamic role will be responsible for delivering North America (NA) technical training classes for customers, partners, and employees. The person filling this role will primarily provide detailed technical, administration, and end user instruction on the ASTRO25 Infrastructure, Subscriber Radios, and the Motorola Solutions Ecosystem. They will also provide training recommendations with the Training Consultants during customer planning meetings.

The successful candidate filling this role will closely work with NA Training Consultants, Account Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Project Managers as well as other teams to provide comprehensive training delivery to ensure the highest level of knowledge transfer to the students. The driving goal of a Technical Trainer is to ensure training delivery is provided to the customer so that they are equipped to use, operate, and maintain their Motorola Solutions products and solutions in the most effective and efficient way, driving customer satisfaction and strong customer relationships.

Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 -$115,000 USD

**JOB TITLE** - Training Support Specialist
**GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES** - -Responsible for providing quality service and support to both internal and external customers. Act as corporate liaison on all learning-related technologies such as Healthstream Learning Management System (LMS) and WebEx (including virtual meeting and virtual training tools). Maintain knowledge, understanding, and database of HCA and non-HCA facility offerings including required credentials such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Help maintain corporate education training center and training libraries. Provide training and communication information to all departments to effectively and accurately launch new projects or revised courses or course offering. As a highly visible department representative, this person consistently demonstrates a strong service commitment by continually striving to meet and exceed customer expectation.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO** :
· Answers all incoming calls to Education, answers inquires or refers callers to appropriate individuals
· Responsible for daily management education programs and their implementation
· Coordinates registration for virtual training and live classes
· Assist with coordinating and troubleshooting for virtual training, WBT and Cisco (Web-Ex)
· Responsible for course introduction including both classroom and distance/e-learning
· Manage volume of incoming calls and assess/identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction
· Assist/Ensures new employees on boarding process and assist hiring manager with necessary action regarding employee set up in HLC and Workforce2.0
· Communicates (written/verbal) with business owners, vendors and all level of company employees. Must have excellent communication skills
· Data entry into various education databases including HealthStream, Workforce 2.0
· Responsible for the management, daily maintenance and learner coordination of TimeTap (Scheduling Software)
· Acts as a Healthstream Product owner for HealthTrust Workforce Management Solution
· Responsible for administrative direction in compliance with The Joint Commission standards
· Maintains education database for end users class search related to all required certifications
· Understands training requirements for non clinical and clinical staff and helps connect available resources
· Assists with updating and compiling reports and documents from data and existing records

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS** -
Position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires normal range of hearing, verbal communication and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriately to perform job responsibilities, lifting paper or boxes up to 40 pounds occasionally. Work will be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people.
