**What's the job?**
The **Transformation Analyst** will be a key member of Zurich Cover-More's global transformation team, supporting the Global Transformation Lead in designing and implementing the future state operating model for the business.The Transformation Analyst will contribute directly to shaping how the business operates globally, partnering with leaders across distribution, underwriting, claims, assistance, and shared services to capture requirements, design future processes, and build the roadmap to get there.

**What are we looking for?**
