**The Role:** Xylem seeks to hire a Distribution Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and logistics activities at 3 sites. **Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Lead distribution operations for Rockford, Sarasota and La Mirada locations - direct responsibility for distribution activities including receiving, storage and shipping. Demonstrate a commitment to employee safety.
+ Manage the maintenance of control system for inventoried items for all stocking locations. Develop control methods/procedures for all stocking locations. Develop and document inventory control processes in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Train staff and audit to insure compliance.
+ Coordinate inventory control activities with other company functions impacting inventory control problems and develop solutions to maintain targeted inventory accuracy.
+ Ensure maintenance of accurate inventory records and timely inventory audits at all stock keeping locations. Oversee, schedule and supervisor regular physical inventory counts and cycle counting activity for all locations.
+ Directly supervise all shipping and receiving personnel. Ensure employees adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures. Address any performance or safety issues including steps to execute disciplinary actions according to company policy.
+ Manage overtime to optimize performance while minimizing/controlling cost.
+ Assign order load and/or special tasks to personnel to meet on time delivery goals.
+ Confirm all materials are unpacked, sorted, accurately counted and properly labeled .
+ Trace lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiate proof of delivery documents.
+ Maintain department and company database, prepare routine reports, file shipping/receiving records. Measure and report team performance as agreed through daily, weekly and monthly metrics.
+ Review and approve order requests for department supplies.
+ Follow established departmental policies and procedures, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
+ Ensure employees are knowledgeable of systems and procedures to include Coordinate training as necessary in order fulfillment, equipment operation, safety and all other aspects of job performance.
+ Responsible for coming in early, staying late and working non-standard work days/hours as needed to meet customer requirements.
**Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:**
+ Bachelor degree in business, supply chain/logistics, operations management or related field or equivalent experience is required
+ Minimum of 7 years of inventory and logistics management related experience
+ SAP experience strongly preferred

**Responsibilities**
+ Manages the control, condition, and security of inventory including its proper storage, handling, disposal, transferring, and cleaning and repairing

**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preffered.
+ 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management.
+ Strong understanding of logistics, safety, and compliance standards.
+ Ability to self-direct, work independently, and lead a team.
+ 21 years of age or older required.
+ Must have valid state driver's license and safe driving record.

Qualifications to apply for this role are:

The Distribution Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of AbbVie products to customers and patients in a safe and secure manner & within required timeframes. The role is a key interface to AbbVie Commercial Operations and will assist in implementation of strategic distribution initiatives while achieving annual financial objectives. The role will drive optimal cost effectiveness, performance and service levels for the AbbVie distribution network in the area assigned. Lead a team of Distribution Managers in the area responsible for
supporting end-to-end Supply Chain activities, Commercial Affiliate Interactions and management of Third Party Service Providers. Oversee distribution activities within countries of direct responsibility to ensure that customer requirements are consistently met while satisfying AbbVie policies and performance targets related to inventory efficiency, on-time delivery and quality/completeness.
+ Implement, support and document the Governance Model of the 3PL(s) leading Monthly Business Review (MBR) with each provider. Lead the implementation of the D&L KPI and ensure the monthly reporting requirements are met. Champion implementation of standard processes/policies developed by the D&L COE and drive other activities necessary to achieve operational excellence in distribution and customer service while promoting the role of the CoE with Affiliates leadership.

Initiate activities in line with global and local financial policies, review on regular basis in-outbound deliveries (returned goods), and inventory by product and resolve discrepancies and returns.
+ Establish operating budget and measure financial performance through submission of monthly financial figures provided by the 3PL(s). Lead GMI improvements and saving projects. Partner with 3PL(s) to find ways to improve Warehousing and Distribution processes to improve service levels to in-external customers. Liaise with affiliates by capturing customer requirements and support AbbVie commercial leads in the Countries under their responsibility.
+ Review upcoming volumes, product launches and future capacity needs, take the lead in coordinating activities and communicating among the 3PL, Supply Planning and Customer Service teams. Undertake analysis for new product distribution avoiding any delay in the distribution flow and where possible expedite the access to market e.g. warehouse preparation, special distribution requirement.
+ Work with Global and/or Regional COE staff to drive process changes and Projects affecting AbbVie in the Countries under his/her responsibility and/or its 3PL partner(s). Support Customer Service and QA in responding to requests or complaints, escalate order issues as required, assist with asset tracking, traceability, support Finance teams with actual to budget spend analysis, partner with Global D&L COE staff to plan and execute strategic projects.
+ Identify distribution-related risks and escalate to the appropriate D&L COE staff as needed. Provide Root Cause analysis for out of performance should be collected by the Distribution Manager and shared with Global D&L CoE. Review 3PL(s) performance gaps, root cause analysis and improvement plan(s). Partner with Global Process Lead for Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics staff to plan and execute projects affecting SAP, the interface in place with the 3PL and all the reporting tools.
+ Communicate and sponsor the activities and key successes of the D&L CoE ensuring the right visibility during Management Review, S&OP, Area Review and other CoEs' team meetings. Take the lead in coordinating activities and communication among the 3PL(s), Supply Planning and Customer Service teams ensuring a continuous communication flow within VLOG and Affiliates promoting the logistic culture and the role of the CoE in this landscape within Affiliates and Area.
+ Identify Supply Chain improvement opportunities and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Promote a culture of sharing best practices. Drive the risk management process and escalate to the appropriate D&L COE staff. Assure the escalation process for distribution related activities is clearly defined and communicated. Amazon Web Services' Infrastructure Supply Chain and Procurement team is looking for experienced professionals to help build the world's premier cloud computing platform. We are looking for a candidate with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain experience capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment. Our Networking New Product Introduction (NPI) team in Supply Chain partners with our engineering and capacity deployment teams, suppliers and data center operations to launch new products to support AWS Networking's product launch plans. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or an advanced degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, or additional 4+ Years work experience in supply chain or sourcing or procurement of hardware in lieu of a degree

Amazon's US Consumables team is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead a team of supply chain managers within the Household Goods category. Our mission is to serve and delight customers by having the right product quantities, in the right place, at the right time. The supply chain team focuses on end-to-end supply chain management for the category, including managing operations relationships with Vendors, ensuring inventory health, and collaborating with Vendors and internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, to provide products to customers with best-in-class speed, and to reduce costs and waste.
A successful candidate will be a strong communicator across teams and Vendors, with executive leadership, and with their direct reports. Job Description

The associate supply chain analyst / supply chain analyst gathers data and conducts analysis of various data sets and processes. Provides recommendations of actions to improve efficiency, process improvements, and reduce costs. The supply chain analyst will be knowledgeable with procurement systems and reporting tools. This role will work collaboratively with multiple departments including, but not limited to: procurement, engineering, operations, suppliers, and external logistics providers. Gather knowledge from business units on the upstream and downstream processes with a primary focus on system improvements and/or maintenance. Where appropriate, participate in development and implementation of action plan.

Responsibilities

Monitors demand and supply for operations with the goal of optimizing and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Maintain and prioritizes supply chain analytics to ensure equipment and material are obtained in a timely fashion with an emphasis on quality, cost and availability. (35%)

Assists in analysis of various processes and data sets to provide recommended actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Review processes and inventory levels within storerooms to successfully manage supply and demand. (35%)

Qualifications
