The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing supply plans to ensure product availability, minimize inventory costs, and meet customer demand. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Report directly to the Director, Supply Chain - Supply Planning
- Responsible for supply inbound to MSI directly or via drop ship processes from the OEM North American supply base to worldwide internal and external customers
- Manage existing supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize carrying costs while ensuring availability of necessary materials.
- Resolve issues related to supplier performance, quality, and delivery discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and Business Operations to optimize cost and on-time delivery
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
- Coordinate with Business Operations and Delivery Management to align on revenue goals and improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant purchasing policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Key customer and regional owner for Supply Planning processes which will include cadence adherence, KPI monitoring and use of Supplier Collaboration tools
- Manage 4-6 direct individual contributors
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planning professionals.
- Participate in strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Identify and solve core problems or opportunities within business processes.
- Travel as needed to MSI sites and suppliers sites.

As the Supply Chain Manager at Del Medical, you will play a critical role in optimizing and managing our end-to-end supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet Del Medicals production goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, and sales) to align supply chain activities with company objectives.
- Supplier Management & Procurement: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and drive improvements to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing.
- Inventory Management & Optimization: Oversee inventory levels, ensure accurate forecasting, and implement inventory control systems to maintain stock levels while minimizing costs.
- Logistics & Distribution: Manage logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and finished products. Optimize warehouse operations for accuracy and efficiency.
- Work Order & BOM Management: Issue work orders to the production floor, oversee BOM structure management, and ensure seamless alignment between production schedules and inventory levels.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities meet ISO 13485, FDA, and other industry standards. Work closely with the quality team to resolve supplier-related issues.
- Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans. Address disruptions swiftly to minimize impact on production.
- Cost Management & Efficiency: Monitor supply chain costs, identify areas for improvement, and lead cost-saving initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Manage the team of buyers, fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Skills & Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics , GP , or equivalent ERP systems.

- Maintain up-to-date records of contract agreements, expirations, and renewals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
