**Position Summary:**
Responsible for supervision and training of drivers at Operating Company (OpCo), and for ensuring deliveries are made in safe, efficient and timely manner. Assists with monitoring Department of Transportation (DOT) logs, ensures drivers are in compliance with all DOT and OpCo regulations, and coordinates the tracking of all relevant information on drivers. + Coordinates tracking of all relevant information on drivers, such as license status, traffic tickets, accidents and other risk and safety-related data.
+ Ensures accurate completion of all delivery and driver-related paperwork including invoices, cash receipts, collection register, trip reports, fuel tickets, deposit slips, DOT logs, Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR), driver qualification files and accident reporting.
+ Ensures maintenance of all trucks, tractors and trailers through detailed review of post-trip inspections.

**Position Purpose:** Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country's food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers' products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company - building lasting relationships with our customers! As a Transportation Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our drivers is equipped with the information needed to deliver all products on time and safely.
+ Sunday- Thursday 10pm- 6am

**Primary Responsibilities:** The Transportation Clerk supports the transportation team in improving production processes and maintaining daily business. This includes tracking, calculating, and coordinating a variety of driver and route information along with performing administrative tasks.
Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
**Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:**
+ Tracks, calculates, and coordinates driver and route information.
+ Performs driver check-in.
+ Answers and coordinates incoming transportation related phone calls.
+ Maintains and tracks all DOT required files and other reports (vehicle inspection, fuel, and mileage).
+ Tracks, inputs, and processes driver payroll data.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a **Sr. Civil Engineer** to be based in **Louisville, KY.** The position follows a hybrid work model, combining office and local home office work location.
This role will provide the opportunity to directly support transformational projects including the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project. This project is one of the largest highway infrastructure projects in the country and entails design and construction of existing bridge improvements and a new bridge crossing of the Ohio River between Cincinnati and Covington Kentucky, along with 8 miles of significant highway improvements. Design has begun and will extend over the coming years, providing a unique opportunity for multiple career-defining roles on the project. **Responsibilities include:**
+ Serves as lead engineer on mid- to large size projects.
+ Business Development including prospecting and proposal development with established relationships with local clients
+ Understands DOT and local agency specifications, policies and procedures.
+ Alternative delivery projects prospecting, proposals and project procurements.
+ Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
+ Approves and signs off on work.
+ Provides technical expertise for studies and design efforts.
+ Presents complex technical solutions to clients.
+ Performs quality control reviews of work developed by others.
+ Participates in development of technical proposals.
+ Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large projects.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
+ Professional Engineer license in Kentucky or ability to obtain within six months
+ Computer proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD software packages, including OpenRoads Designer
+ Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $115,000.00 - $70,000.00.
