Manage Supplier Relationships: Source, assess, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other performance metrics. Lead contract negotiations and maintain ongoing partnerships. Deliver Strategic KPIs: Achieve key metrics including Perfect Order Rate, Inventory Days of Supply, Inventory Turnover, and Forecast Accuracy. Oversee Purchase Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices to support uninterrupted operations. Optimize Inventory Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels, reducing stockouts and maximizing working capital. Drive Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through pricing negotiations, supplier consolidation, and improved procurement practices. Ensure Quality Assurance: Partner with quality control to verify that incoming materials meet established standards; resolve supplier quality issues promptly. Coordinate Supply Chain and Logistics: Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective transportation of goods. Lead Purchasing Team: Manage and develop a high-performing team of buyers; conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and foster a collaborative culture. Administer Purchasing Budget: Develop and control the annual procurement budget; monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement savings strategies. Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all procurement-related regulations, including ethical sourcing and industry-specific compliance standards. Conduct Market Analysis: Monitor supplier markets and industry trends to support informed purchasing decisions and strategic sourcing. Role Description

  • Leads the set-up and tear down of hospitality areas as well as main work awning and privacy panels. Responsible for maintaining these work areas in a clean and organized manner. Conducts repairs as needed.
  • Assists the Team Manager or Public relations group with organizing team autograph sessions as well as organizing and inventorying all public relations related materials supplied in transporter.
  • Reconditions, reviews and inspects transporter, tractor, support vehicles and all equipment after racing season to make proper repairs and/or adjustments in preparation for the next race season.
  • Assists the Parts Supervisor in maintaining the transporter inventory of race-related parts and supplies.

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college is preferred; and minimum ten years related experience and/or training in race team transportation/long haul driving environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Must maintain current Class A Chauffeur's license.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
+ At least 15years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, traffic operations, and/or ITS planning and design
+ Registered license (PE and/or TE)
+ Track record of successfully winning and delivering work in Sacramento and surrounding communities
+ Established relationships with local DOT, local agencies, and/or local municipalities
+ Demonstrated ability to manage transportation projects profitably through agency specifications
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills
+ Strong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problems
+ Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization

**Base Salary Range:**

- Draft and/or update Supply and maintenance policies in accordance with current regulations. Provide amplifying guidance to intermediate and using units in the execution of polices.
- Provide executive level briefs on supply operations, maintenance support, transportation, food services, and facilities management.
- Provide training updates relevant to analysis for unit-level leaders in the execution of current Logistics and Supply Chain processes and procedures.
- Provide logistics support services, which include draft policies, and procurement system services within the Procure-to-pay, Plan-to-stock, Acquire-to-Retire, and Order-to-Cash business processes, including the exploration and utilization of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Conduct analysis on various Table of Authorized Material Control Number (TAMCN) end items on Total Life Cycle Management, mean time before failure, sustainment costs, problem class IX consumables, and overall readiness trends.
- Determine trends and process improvements through analysis of key supply performance indicators, e.g., analysis of supply readiness posture of TAMCN end items, analysis of excess
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
Mandatory: Eight years of full-time experience (including internships) providing logistics and supply chain management related services
Bachelors degree or additional four years of experience (12 years total) in lieu of degree
