POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates safe transportation of hospitalized patients to and from their residences/appointments as well as meal pick up. Also provides assistance to mental health services staff for patient care activities. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the transporting of patients to and from the facility site, assistance in the overall day-to-day functioning of the program including aiding other staff in patient chart production, meal provision, answering telephones and supervision of patients during staff break periods. The Mental Health Worker/Driver is responsible for communicating to staff any problematic or clinical issues that occur during his/her supervision of or transportation of patients.
WORKING CONDITONS:
Work environment characteristics are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment may be moderate to high. The work environment may include chemicals used for cleaning, and have dust, mist, and stream generated in housekeeping tasks. This is a smoke-free workplace.
The employee must provide documentation of a tuberculosis test during new-hire orientation and annually thereafter.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to stand on feet for moderate periods of time, standing could be as high as 60-80% per working shift per day. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, at least 4 hours. A certain amount of walking and standing are often necessary to carry out job duties. Lifting/carrying may exceed 10 pounds.
Additional work environment characteristics may include performing repetitive tasks/motion, and hearing alarms, telephone, and normal speaking voice. Stress is identified as a job hazard resulting from a hectic environment with frequent interruptions. The environment alone presents a certain amount of risk servicing psychiatric patients in acute, and crisis needs.

Experience: Minimum experience of transporting patients in a 10-12 passenger van or similar type of vehicle. 1-2 years' experience preferred.

The Supply Chain Operation Team for AMZ/Costco accounts is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operation for HE/IT categories (TV, Sound bar, monitor and memory products) for the two respective accounts as supply chain functional experts. This team works closely with sales, product marketing, SCM and logistics teams to not only support achieving business goals (sales targets), but also to ensure the operational processes in place are most optimal to maximize inventory efficiently, reduce cost, fulfill customer PO in-time and minimize stock-out. This team also works directly with customers, requiring relationship building with key stakeholders on customer side, to collaborate on key SCM and logistics strategic initiatives and programs. The Analyst role on this Supply Chain Operations team will be tasked to own updating, analyzing and publishing weekly supply chain reports, including by-Account, by product PO trackers (Order to Delivery status update), Demand & Supply Analysis (using GSCM data), and weekly PO management. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to be able to provide data driven early warnings to his or her own team (account SCM leads), as well as business planning teams. DUTIES AND RESPONISIBLITIES State the major activities and job results for which the position is responsible. • Manage and update weekly “Order-to-delivery” PO trackers • Manage weekly POs, delivery dates, quantities to be updated as necessary • Update customer portal with any PO changes, cancellations • Follow up with key teams (logistics, allocations, etc) for shipment ETAs and delivery confirmations • Become an expert on Samsung SCM systems, processes and data • All other duties as assigned (during peak seasons or promotions period) PERFORMANCE STANDARDS How will duties be measured? • Accuracy of the data in reports published and requested • Feedback from account managers in regards to timeliness and accuracy of the data analysis provided • After training period is over and engaged in daily/weekly operations, be able to provide data driven insights to account leads, considering by account/product dynamics • Team goals achievement REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: List the special skills, technical knowledge, certification, experience or education a person would need to assume this position. • Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar • Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in relevant field • Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills o High proficiency in Microsoft Excel o SAP, Tableau, BI experience helpful • Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal) • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment • Must be flexible with working hours (This position is based in Bellevue, WA.
