**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor and control access to the healthcare facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
+ Assist with the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures and policies to help maintain a secure environment.
+ Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and/or lockdowns when necessary.
+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to help maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Provides labeled and unlabeled medical/safety information responses in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and client and ProPharma internal policies and practices.
- Accurately identifies, documents and reports adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situation events and product complaints in a clear and concise manner per government regulations, ProPharma Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client Working Practices (WPs).
- Ensures tasks are completed within the deadlines documented in the agreed ProPharma SOPs and WPs.
- Formulates and provides accurate responses utilizing approved labeling and company standard responses, published literature and other data. Assists with writing custom medical information responses utilizing this data.
- Logging all enquiries handled in an accurate, comprehensive, and timely fashion into Inquiry Handling Systems. Quality Assurance
- Maintains quality in all areas of the job, including performing quality checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, correspondence, and enquiries logged into the Inquiry Handling Systems General
- Provides after-hours coverage on a rotated basis subject to business requirements.
