• Perform final QC for segmented 3D models prior to delivery. This includes ensuring the final 3D models are displayed correctly in the App viewer and that the final 3D models meet customer expectations.
• Provide clinical expertise in medical imaging interpretation applied to segmentation of patient scans from CT and MR.
• ssist process engineers with testing cases and validation cases.
• Report issues with scans received from I3DM orders for engineering teams to troubleshoot.

Scope of Services:

The Medical Billing Specialist is a pivotal member of our team, ensuring that the company meets its monthly financial goals. Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI regulatory policies and practices throughout all phases of client information processing.
• Report any compliance issues to the Director of Operations promptly.
• Coordinate the insurance verification process, ensuring clarity for clients regarding their co-pay responsibilities.
• Facilitate the collection of co-pays through timely follow-up.
• Gather credit card or other payment processing information from clients as necessary and enter it into the system for payment processing.
• Manage the timely entry of client information into the computer system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and obtain any missing information needed to set up clients for service.
• Confirm all sales orders in the system and ensure that all required documentation (e.g., proof of delivery, signed prescriptions, signed acknowledgment forms) is on file before submitting claims for payment.
• Follow up on missing sales orders and reconcile billing questions regularly until payment status is complete.
• Submit claims (electronic and paper) to payers in a timely manner, correcting and resubmitting front-end and back-end rejected claims as needed.
• Ensure all cash is posted to the correct account promptly.
• Follow up and collect payments due to the organization in a timely manner by generating invoices and following up with clients and/or payers.
• Stay updated on current regulatory guidelines and reimbursement information to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management, including customer service support, processing, resolving, and logging customer inquiries.

Position Overview

The Sr. Medical Promotional Review Specialist is an integral member of the Medical Affairs team. This individual will be responsible for providing global medical/therapeutic/scientific guidance and assessment as part of core teams that create and review professional education and commercial collateral materials (including sponsored articles, cases/case reviews, blog/social media posts, professional education slide decks/in-service decks, event promotional flyers/banners etc.). Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for the medical, therapeutic and scientific review of professional education / commercial promotional materials (e.g. in-service decks, social media posts, press releases, etc.).

• Support the medical sciences team in periodic review of clinical reports, abstracts, manuscripts, and other materials related to scientific data and information to ensure data are represented accurately.

• Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in data pertaining to all Shockwave Medical marketed products and competitive technologies through attendance at key scientific conferences, literature surveillance, and interaction with internal and external customers.

• Support unsolicited scientific on- and off-label requests for information, linking Shockwave Medical scientific data to real-world clinical practice to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of FDA and international regulations, including, but not limited to, medical product communications and response to unsolicited requests for off-label information.
