The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications 

Registered nurses provide and coordinate care for patients. • You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care? 

• You will?monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as?appropriate utilizing?computerized documentation systems? 

• You will assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team? 

What qualifications you will need:? 

• RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state? 

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred? 

• BLS?required? 

• Must obtain ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from?non ICU?area? 

• Specialty certification preferred? 

• One to two years clinical nursing preferred? 

• ICU experience preferred?

Job Summary and Qualifications 

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience. 

 
What you will do in this role: 

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. 

• Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider. 

• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner. 

• Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response. 

• Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients. 

What qualifications you will need: 

• Current Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or appropriate compact state 

• Appropriate communication skills 

• Education – ASN, BSN preferred

Job Summary and Qualifications 

Registered nurses provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurse?is responsible for?collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limited?to:?assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs? 

What you will do in this role:? 

• You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and?monitor?vital signs? 

• You will provide respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring for patients? 

• You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care? 

• You will?monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as?appropriate utilizing?computerized documentation systems? 

• You will assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team? 

What qualifications you will need:? 

• RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state? 

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred? 

• BLS?required? 

• Must obtain ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from?non ICU?area? 

• Specialty certification preferred? 

• One to two years clinical nursing preferred? 

• ICU experience preferred?
