As a Sales Specialist, you will develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of Twitch offering with advertisers and ensure your customers' investments fit into their overall marketing strategy with Amazon. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Ads Customers. You are naturally curious, and will apply your creativity and curiosity by taking a lead in strategizing Twitch solutions for our advertisers, diving deep within the advertising community to discuss Amazon's benefits, and working both with internal and external stakeholders to innovate solutions that meet the objectives of our advertising customers. This role will define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience buying, planning, packaging, and selling both directly and programmatically. They will have a strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, experience negotiating and closing annual agreements and the ability to drive conversations with C-Suite client contacts. They are comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced dynamic environment. About the team
Twitch is one of our most unique publishers. Our team is the single-threaded leader on all Twitch ad products, countries, and customer segments. We are responsible for overall Twitch Ads business strategy to fuel long-term growth and innovation - working closely with all sales and product teams across Amazon Ads and building on the foundation already established by integrating Twitch into the broader Amazon Ads organization.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as live video director understanding the expectations of the Lead Pastor & Campus Pastor as they relate to multi-campus simulcast and live video production techniques.
  • Coordinate and/or lead set-up and teardown for events on and off campus, as scheduled by the Campus Pastor.
  • Coordinate the upgrades, installation, maintenance, organization, and repair of all Faith Church video equipment.
  • Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to operate the production equipment in all campus venues. Training programs should include style, team building, spiritual development, technical levels for advancement, and vision casting.
  • Understand basic concepts including, but not limited to, electrical safety, video switchers, cabling, circuits, audio, lighting, and video equipment.
  • Attend rehearsals and meetings, as required. Schedule early meetings with set designers and/or other departments for collaboration and planning of services and events.
  • Understand and advocate for the Live Production team, including cross-training within the department and communicating the "why" behind the production team in the local church.
  • Responsible for hosting, setting up, and performing video shoots on-site and off-site in coordination with the Film & TV Department.

The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling videos and digital materials for both internal and external use; ensuring deliverables are of high quality and align with company standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather project requirements and keep all stakeholders updated on progress throughout the entire production process.
  • Source elements including video footage, photos, music, and quotes to enhance video and radio advertising.
  • Convert third-party audio and video files to compatible formats.
  • Craft compelling motion graphics or VFX packages for digital displays and video productions.
  • Work with vendors and external creative teams to ensure seamless project delivery in a timely manner.
  • Draft budget proposals for required equipment and tools, providing recommendations.
  • Oversee photography and video shoots, including lighting setup, set design, and audio production.
  • Manage and troubleshoot TruDigital systems across all Federated campuses.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Radio/TV Broadcasting, Digital Media, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in audio-visual production, with strong proficiency in studio equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting compelling visual content.
  • Skilled in operating audio/visual equipment including expertise in Sony cinema camera systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects.
  • Knowledge of and/or a willingness to learn a variety of graphics software including Cinema4d, Boris FX, Red Giant, and various other After Effects plugins.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team while managing tight deadlines.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure successful project completion with various departments.
  • Ability to handle confidential business/personnel information securely.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Be available for evening/weekend hours and on-call as needed.
  • Must lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Dexterity to ascend ladders and perform tasks requiring manual precision.

We are seeking a passionate Video Production Specialist to join our CEDAR Resources development team. This role plays a pivotal role in designing and producing high-quality, accessible resources that support the CEDAR program and the global Deaf-led Bible translation movement. This role combines hands-on technical production with collaborative content development. The ideal candidate has deep experience in video editing and production, is fluent in a signed language, and understands how to craft visual stories that resonate with Deaf audiences across cultures.

Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing

  • Read, review, and interpret scripts/storyboards, determining the best methods for producing video content that supports curriculum goals and learning objectives.
  • Operate cameras, equipment, video switchers, lighting, and editing consols to film staged and unscripted footage.
  • Complete full video editing workflows including:
    • Cutting and syncing visuals
    • Removing bad or extraneous footage
    • Inserting chapter markers
    • Adding subtitles, effects, title cards, transitions, and graphics
    • Rendering final videos in platform-specific formats.
  • Maintain and organize media asset systems with clear naming conventions and backups.
  • Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or repairs as needed.
  • Assist with teleprompter use, camera calibration, and signer positioning to streamline editing workflows and visual overlays.

Creative development and Collaboration

  • Actively contribute feedback during content planning, especially on visual flow, pacing, and Deaf-friendly storytelling.
  • Collaborate with:
    • Collaborate with translation Content Specialists and Curriculum Developers to ensure the end product is high quality.
    • Collaborate with accessibility and translation reviewers to produce accurate, multilingual subtitles and overlays.
    • Collaborate with other staff or contract editors, supporting them with guidance and shared standards.
  • Develop engaging multimedia elements such as:
    • Animated maps and illustrations
    • Title sequences and intro/outro animations
    • Slideshows and visual tools using Powerpoint, keynote, or similar platforms

Content Familiarity & Quality Assurance

  • Develop deep familiarity with Translation Resource videos and style guides
  • Ensure every final product meets:
    • Visual accessibility standards for Deaf audiences
    • Cultural responsiveness across diverse Deaf communities
    • CEDARs internal formatting, platform specs, and review processes
  • Stay current on best practices in Deaf education, visual storytelling, and cross-cultural video design.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated 1-3 years experience videography and editing videos for Deaf audiences, with strong understanding of signed language usage, visuals integration, and accessibility.
  • Experience working in multilingual, cross-cultural environments with Deaf teams or international content preferred.
  • Excellent sign language proficiency (native or near-native fluency) and strong written English communication.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different communication styles across multilingual and multimodal contexts, including the use of International Sign.
