**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)

**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of relevant experience
+ Exceptional skills in UI development with experience in Angular/React JS frameworks.
+ Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik will be required
+ Additional Mobile platform development experience would be advantageous
+ Experience in applications development in User Interfaces,
+ Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
+ Proven track record demonstrating collaboration with analysts and developers
+ Able to provide a metrics and business intelligence reports.
+ Strong knowledge of Angular JS, React JS and Java Full stack
+ Strong experience in BI reporting tools like Tableau, Qlik sense
+ High standards in project work and interpersonal skills
+ Must have handled large teams, and critical applications and met tight deadlines.
+ Financial market domain experience is a huge plus
+ Strong leadership experience including the motivation, growth, and excellent communication skills.

Minimum education, skills and experience required.
