In addition, this position is eligible for $5 a month paid for monthly cellular phone allowance.
Approximately 12 - 20 hours per week, Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday

Smarte Carte Inc. is seeking a self-motivated individual for a part-time Locker Specialist. This position will maintain Smarte Carte lockers and interact with theme park Guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repair out-of-order lockers.
- Perform regular maintenance on locker units and accurately record all tests and repairs on appropriate forms.
- Maintain the appearance of locker units, cleaning on a regular basis and removing spills and debris immediately.
- Comply with maintenance instructions in the Smarte Carte operations manual.
- Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
- Provide courteous assistance to theme park Guests.
- Maintain a good appearance and relationship with theme park partners and Guests.
- Additional duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
- Minimum of 2 years work experience preferred
- Theme Park operations experience preferred
- Basic understanding of electro/mechanical assembly, troubleshooting and repair
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
- Valid Drivers license required

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Ensures proper completion of documentation. Captures written behaviors using the Lead Observation Report to support managerial and supervisory documentation.

EDUCATION:
+ High school degree or GED is required.
EXPERIENCE:
+ One to three years' experience within the assigned technical discipline required.

+ Six months to one year experience providing work direction preferred.
+ Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
+ Valid Florida Driver's License required to operate company vehicles.

Responsible for issuing costumes and maintaining the quality and inventory of Universal Orlando's costumes by cleaning the costumes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Clean and maintain all costume pieces through hand washing, machine washing, spot cleaning and sending out dry cleaning. Monitor inventory for wear and tear and request replacements as needed
+ Preset costumes daily by grouping all costume pieces for each performer. Issue costumes to performers. Deliver and pick-up costumes as needed to/from various locations(both on property entertainment venues and off site storage locations).
+ Communicate in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner while politely giving consistent, timely and accurate information to our Team Members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the costuming work area.
+ Monitor dry cleaning and repair orders to include: checking orders in upon return from vendor and notifying management of discrepancies.
+ Observe character sets or shows for costume appearance notes and relay those observations to management.
+ Accurate completion of daily paperwork, including hours documentation(DSR), seamstress and tech repairs.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

Follow the Company chain of command.

Follow all given RWS and Client infectious disease control and safety protocols as may be necessary.

Adhere to all RWS Handbook guidelines, including dress codes and codes of conduct.

Ensure that the talent signs the daily sign in sheet and that it is passed off to the Entertainment Manager by end of day on Sunday.

Ensure talent is following approved Show Direction per RWS and Client and follow up as necessary

Ensure that the talent has completed a warm up
-
Other duties as needed.

Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
