Warehouse Shipping Receiving Job Summary: Receive and put away product. Pull orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by providing a positive customer experience.
- Understand the layout of the warehouse/yard and bin location system, as well as the different types of product the Company stocks.
- Use care in the handling of all materials, products, and/or equipment.
- Gather materials/products in the warehouse and/or yard to package/assemble for shipment and counter pick-up.
- Prevent shipping, receiving, and inventory errors through verifying one’s own work.
- Mark all products for pick-up and delivery with customer’s name and carton count.
- Sign, date, completely fill out, and mark shortages or damage on all documents/credits.
- Unload trucks to receive product and inspect and verify all incoming material for correct address, branch, damage, and freight bill count.
- Report all vendor shipping errors following the SOP.
- Scan and file all receiving documents as well as freight claim and RGA documents.
- Assist customers at the Counter as needed.
- Assist in the upkeep and general housekeeping of the warehouse/yard.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
Warehouse Shipping Receiving Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Effective communication, stress management, judgement, customer service, teamwork, cross-selling and upselling, and detail orientation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
- Basic adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- High school diploma; or
- Six months warehouse experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications and/or Licenses:
- Ability to pass operator exam and drive powered industrial equipment.

Position Summary:
The Flex Tech is responsible for acting as a cross functional partner within the supply chain value stream while practicing lean initiatives. This position will flex work between material handling, shipping and receiving when needed to ensure a steady and balanced work environment. This position will advocate and actively participate in High Performance Teams (HPT) and support the Corporate Win Strategy.
Essential Functions for Material Handling, Shipping and Receiving:
• Responsible for ensuring the value stream maintains a consistent workflow for production by providing materials to team members and supports the value streams.
• Supply and deliver materials to assembly personnel promptly.
• Ensure materials being utilized match the router pick list.
• Create and print product labels.
• Consolidate proper materials and packaging labels to create a complete product.
• Assist to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory levels.
• Receive and return materials to proper location using a computer inventory process system.
• Receive and stock product into desired location by using computer software
• Process and pack shipments to ensure on time delivery
• Put away materials for departments using equipment such as handheld power pallet jacks and forklifts
• Follow inventory assignment directions using numbers and decimals
• Safe forklift operation and safety initiatives involved with forklift operation
• Read and interpret documents containing symbols, graphs, charts, and coordinates
• Work with management, buyer/planners, cell leads and team members from multiple departments to assist with work orders, the supply and delivery of materials and supporting other functions throughout the facility.
• Support other functions throughout the facility
• Perform these and other duties as requested by the supervisor and cell lead.
Qualifications:
• Manufacturing and forklift experience preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain a forklift license and certified to use walker/stacker and handheld power pallet jacks.
• Ability to use inspection/test equipment, fixtures and hand tools as needed.
• Must be able to sustain or use moderate physical effort working with weights up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work from detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics.
• Efficiency with essential computer functions and data entry.
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be able to work overtime during the week and weekends including Saturdays as needed.

Looking for a new role that offers longevity and consistant schedules? Clean Tech is hiring!
We're looking for an experienced Material Handler to operate a forklift and keep materials moving through the facility.
What you'll be doing as a Material Handler:
- Operate forklift to load, unload and move materials to and from production lines, hold and transport areas
- Inspect and count materials, documenting key information
- Shovel loose materials into containers for inspection
- Perform general warehouse duties
- Move and load bulk trucks/cars manually
- Be in a harness to load a rail car or bulk truck approximately 20' in the air.
- Forklift experience of at least 1 year required
- Experience related to resin, liquid, or grain Bulk Loading of Trucks and Rail, perferred
- Lifting Requirements: up to 50lbs frequently
- Constant: Lift and/or move up to 15lbs
- Environment: Exposed to high levels of noise, recyclable debris and smell and extreme weather
- Ability to meet phsyical demands of climbing on/off bulk trucks & rail cars for duration of shift
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work at heights up to 20 feet using proper PPE
- Stability: We never lay off and keep consistant schedules

- Over Time: Time and a half for anything over 40 hours. All Sundays are Double Time
