Position Overview: Reporting to the Manager IT Identity and Access Management you will work both operationally and strategically to deliver world class IAM services to the business. Your mission will be to optimize and/or change existing solution(s ) in line with IT strategy and security policy, and to work closely with other service areas to optimize IT services efficiency and elevate end-user experience. Working to actively reduce manual processes and routines in favor of automation and self-service, you will contribute to the roadmap for each of the components in your service area, as well as safeguard operations. You will also be responsible for the documentation of processes and routines, as well as to ensure global adoption of routines and guidelines. Supporting a diverse geography , comprised of multiple business entities, with ongoing expansion in market – both from organic growth and due to mergers and acquisitions, the work is varied, interesting and complex, with a common thread of protecting the entity and delivering excellence. Possessing solid work experience within a busy IT Team, where you have worked for two years+ in support of Identity and Access Management (within a Microsoft environment), you are well versed in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory IAM and IAM processes, controls, practices, and systems. What You Will Do: Maintain a positive and supporting attitude within the Service Area Work closely with strategic and Application Maintenance teams to identify IAM requirements. Optimize or change existing solution(s) in line with IT strategy and security policy. Work in a global SLA based IAM organization (incident change problem management) Take responsibility to ensure smooth daily operations and delivery for the identity and access management applications and services. Be the point of contact for other functional areas and the support organization. Document processes and routines. Recommend and implement solutions so they are delivered with quality and agility. Make use of the tools to manage & monitor operations, including data owned. Contribute to the roadmap for each of the components in your service area. Take active part in projects pertaining to IAM in all aspects of the project activity. Actively reduce manual processes and routines in favor of automation and self-service Always have security in mind! Work closely with other service areas to optimize IT services efficiency and end-user experience. Safeguard operations at all times. Education, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology and / or computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 6 years+ recent experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Very good understanding of IAM processes, controls, practices, and systems including: Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Privileged Identify Management (PIM) Incident Management, Problem Management , Service Request Fulfillment, and the IAM domain within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) managed services context Azure authentication practices within a Microsoft environment and in Cloud authentication functions. Active Directory experience , supporting: High level questions regarding login issues Access control and access management Handling operation tickets Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) experience a plus. Minimum 5 years + relevant industry IT experience in a global entity where you have acquired: Knowledge of IT systems and support practices. Knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices. Knowledge of cyber security and privacy principles and best practices Knowledge of operating systems, hosted applications, & computer networking fundamentals Ability to identify and communicate security risks and how they impact the Enterprise. In this pivotal role, the consultant will help clients implement Saviynt IGA, gain insight into their complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments, and deliver services and technology to assess, improve, and build infrastructure, processes, and policies that meet evolving IAM needs. The Security Consultant will also provide mentorship to other consultants within the practice.
This role reports to the Practice Manager, Network Security, Cybersecurity Managed Services within the Stratascale department.
This is a remote position with a home office setup determined by Stratascale management.
**Role Description**
Include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide expertise in Saviynt IGA and related IAM solutions for client initiatives, including technology solutions and service-offering delivery
+ Proactively identify customer needs/requirements for IGA, leveraging Saviynt capabilities, and recommend appropriate solutions
+ Support competitive selling motions within project scope development, emphasizing Saviynt's features and benefits
+ Engage with internal sales and technical teams to support the Saviynt solution sales cycle, qualify opportunities, close open pipeline scope, and ensure successful delivery
+ Execute consulting projects by creating and delivering Saviynt-specific deliverables, ensuring client needs and obligations are met
+ Act as a subject matter expert on Saviynt IGA, including Access Management, Governance, Attestation, Privileged Access Management, and Multifactor/Single Sign-On as enabled by Saviynt
+ Stay educated on new Saviynt product features, related technologies, and industry trends within IAM/IGA
+ Deliver or create Saviynt training content for internal teams, including practice discipline capability, offerings, positioning, and selling strategies
+ Identify areas for advancement of Saviynt-enabled strategies aligned with industry direction, client need, and practice scope, and present these to leadership
+ Consistently deliver high-quality client services, ensuring work products meet expectations, timelines, and budgets
+ Obtain regular status updates with customers to ensure Saviynt project alignment with scope, scheduling, and documentation
+ Mentor other consultants within the practice, particularly on Saviynt IGA solutions
+ Initiate and lead project scope development and delivery for all assignments involving Saviynt

**Skill Level Requirements**
+ Ability to understand and articulate various security technologies, including firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, and identity management, to identify and address customer security challenges - Intermediate
+ Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied - Intermediate
+ Proficiency in implementing and managing DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and monitoring to enhance the collaboration between development and operations teams - Intermediate
+ Ability to examine, clean, transform, and model data to discover useful information, draw conclusions, and support decision-making - Intermediate
+ The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Intermediate
+ Competence in managing and maintaining Active Directory, and Windows Server platforms. - Intermediate
+ Practical experience with Security Awareness Training (SAT) platforms like Immersive Labs, KnowBe4, and Ninjio. - Intermediate
**Other Requirements**
+ Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
+ 7+ years of experience working with large organizations on security engineering projects
+ Ability to travel to Stratascale, Partner, and Customer Events
+ Advanced industry certifications preferred
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
