Position Overview:
As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club team (the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club), you will be working with a team of Dock Staff on our varied fleet of boats, as a key role of a Fleetio Maintenance Technician! We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual that will perform light maintenance on our vessels and diligently utilize our Fleetio fleet management software to log the work completed. This individual should also be able to demonstrate basic customer service skills, as the role will interact on a regular basis with our members.

Essential Functions:

Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on vessels

Own the process of entering and updating the Fleetio software

Follow all company policies and procedures

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

Anticipate and address guests' service needs

Speak with others using clear and professional language

Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
-
Support team to reach common goals

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Vision adequate to read / manipulate handheld computer tablets

Highly effective communication skills and friendly customer service

Must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised

Maintain a cooperative, team attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees

The anticipated pay for this role is $15.00 per hour.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

**What will I be doing?**
Maintain and repair Boat /Tram and Tramway equipment and systems throughout the facility to ensure safe and proper operation. Perform repair and maintenance tasks in support of quality standards encompassing as variety of skills of different trades, including but not limited to: air conditioning, electronics and electrical and mechanical work.
+ Visually inspect, operate, maintain and repair all Boat/Tram and Tramway equipment throughout the facility.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As Estimator III, oversee, manage, and accomplish the completion of estimates for assigned projects. This includes the oversight of Estimator(s) and Procurement Specialist in support of assigned projects. JOB SCOPE :
Operates within general parameters but must use sound judgment and decision-making while exercising daily job responsibilities. The individual will normally handle any contentious issues resulting from interacting with customers, subcontractors, or other Company employees. Issues that cannot be resolved at the Senior Estimator level are elevated to the Estimating Department Manager. Has the ability to identify and propose changes to existing department procedures but must obtain approval of their supervisor prior to implementing any changes. Failure to carry out assigned duties with regard to preparation of timely and accurate estimates will directly affect the success of the Company estimating effort.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
As Estimator III, provides oversight of the Estimators and Procurement Specialist that are providing support for their assigned estimate project.
INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS:
- The role reports to the Estimating Department Manager and works directly with the Customers and the Vigor Estimators and Procurement Specialists on a daily basis.
- Works with a wide range of Company managers and supervisors to integrate applicable management requirements and production processes into bid estimate.

The Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) In-Service Ship Design (ISSD) Ship Repair Designer will be a subject matter expert (SME) in a major ship building discipline such as piping/mechanical, hull/structure, or electrical and have experience across the disciplines. They will provide drafting support for the marine engineering and design work in support the maintenance and modernization of the LCS Class. This work will include creating and maintaining AutoCAD drawings to support design specifications and documentation requirements of ship maintenance, modernization, and repair. The Draftsman will be expected to participate in planning projects and translate the engineer's direction into electronic drawings and coordinate with all stakeholders affected by the design. Travel will be required to a ship's location for planning and execution support (estimated 15 - 30%). This person shall support the ISSD organization in the following manner:
1. Create and modify AutoCAD drawings;
2. Assist in updating and maintaining released documents;
3. Perform required product updates;
4. Maintain accurate product documentation and work instructions
5. Provides technical support;
