**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD AND FUNDING**
The V2X Mobile Sensors program performs Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for a ship based mobile platform with complex multi-mission radar/communication systems which have an elaborate command & control computing structure, along with communication interfaces and support sub-systems. These systems and the program assigned employees, which include bargaining members (union), are tasked to primarily operate in the Pacific Command's (PACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). Our program ensures the COBRA KING (CK) radar and communication systems are Fully Mission Capable (FMC) 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, and capable of supporting mission operations on short-notice.
V2X is seeking a Ship Operations Manager (SOM) to perform Radar Engineering duties onboard a forward deployed platform designed specifically for radar data collection. This position is a remote assignment onboard the USNS Howard O. Lorenzen TAGM-25. Duties include mission/track planning; operation, maintenance, and repair of a dual S and X Band radar systems and ancillary equipment; performing radar data analysis tasks; providing support for software engineering; development of engineering documentation and system operation and maintenance procedures. Other duties may include logistics support, quality assurance, and supporting maintenance of onboard ancillary systems. Position requires radar operation during tracking and testing. Additional collateral duties as assigned. This position reports to the Mobile Sensors Program Manager
While performing SOM role, the candidate will be required to lead, coordinate, and manage the activities of up to 30 Radar Engineering, Electronic Technician, Communication Operators, and Logistics personnel in the operations and maintenance (O&M) support of the systems managed by V2X. They will serve as the Senior Company Representative to the government customer onboard the ship. They will implement corporate policy, develop local policy as required, and report to the Program Manager on the technical status of systems and personnel issues.
**Required Skills:**
+ At least six years of experience with radar or digital signal processing equipment
+ Experience with troubleshooting and repair of analog and digital circuitry including power supplies, fault detection circuitry, microwave components, and waveguide.
+ Experience with Linux based operating systems such as IBM's AIX OS
+ Experience with monopulse and phased array radars.
+ Experience in performing data analysis to determine what system, subsystem and components require action to improve radar performance.
+ Understanding and experience working with Doppler antenna patterns, phase coherency, system sensitivity, matched filters, servos, high voltage transmitters, and traveling wave tubes.
+ Ability to comprehend and edit electronic schematic drawings and documentation.
+ Ability to organize and direct teams, implement company policy and develop local policy when required.
+ Familiar with sub-contractor relationships and ability to monitor subcontractors.
+ Supervise Exempt and Union represented employees with a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills required including the preparation and presentation of technical reports.
+ Active DoD SECRET clearance.

+ Must be able to pass mariner exam.
+ This position is located on a forward deployed vessel that spends a lot of time at sea. Candidates must not be hindered by motion sickness.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Knowledge of embedded software design and PLC background.
+ Familiarity in the proper use and care of various electronic test equipment including logic and spectrum analyzers.
+ Network administrator knowledge and experience a plus.
+ One year of Linux operating system experience.
+ Familiarity with government operations security requirements.

Under a five-year contract, the Logistics Prepositioning Planner (Maritime) will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope of the requirement includes professional services for MARCENT located aboard MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, which serves as a Component Command to U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). Specifically the Logistics Prepositioning Planner (Maritime) will support the Logistics Directorate (G-4), within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The G-4 plans and coordinates deployment, sustainment, and redeployment support for Marine Corps forces assigned or attached to CENTCOM. The G-4 works with units and support agencies worldwide to ensure equipment accountability, responsive supply support, distribution efforts and monitors both ground and aviation equipment readiness. The G-4 develops and executes deployment and redeployment strategic movement plans, provides engineering and facilities support, provides operational contract support, coordinates equipment requirements with other service Components and provides adequate basing/life support for deployed Marine Corps forces. The G-4 Supply section maintains the command supply account and oversees the command equipment warehouse as well as ensure theater units receive required supply support.
Responsibilities
- Provide Maritime Prepositioned Force (MPF) planning services
- Review OPLANs, CONPLANs, and exercise plans to ensure proper employment of MPF assets
- Develop and execute prepositioning strategies, plans, concepts, tasks, prepositioning estimates, and MPF budget review
- Prepare, document, and improve MARCENT prepositioning capabilities and relationships
- Maintain the MARCENT prepositioning web pages, historical files, and other required documentation
- Prepare, review, and advise on MARCENT prepositioning planning requirements, MPF capabilities, and operational employment

SUMMARY
Maintains responsibility for the daily port operations and supports the Port Manager to ensure that Subaru of America (SOA) vehicles are properly distributed and accessorized and safely transported to our retailer network.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains responsibility for damaged vehicle reporting and resolution with Regional offices pertaining to disclosure issues and re-assignment of any damaged vehicles.
- Performs vessel arrival survey and communicates any necessary corrective actions with the ocean carrier, longshoremen, and/or port processing company.
- Maintains responsibility for the ordering and inventory of all accessory parts for vehicle installations at the port facility.
- Communicates and audits all outbound transportation modes to ensure compliance with Subaru of America (SOA) shipping procedures.
- Audits the handling and staging of vehicles within the port facility and recommends improvements for both the port and processor.
- Provides primary back-up for Port Manager.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) compliance at the SOA port facility.
- Communicates issues with serving the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) to improve quality of accessory receipts.
- Maintains knowledge of all SOA support systems (ice station, part ordering and inventory, and vehicle systems).

The Operations Specialist is based out of our Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. (TGP) Port Sulphur, La Compressor Station Number 527 located at 26166 Highway 23 South, Port Sulphur, LA 70083.
The Port Sulphur Natural Gas Compressor Station work schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off, 12 hours per day. The successful candidate will be required to live at the station during his/her 7 days on.

Primary purpose:
- Responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of Company gas/liquid pipelines, appurtenances, terminals, compressor stations, pump stations, process plants and other related facilities.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of pipelines, compressors and auxiliary equipment, engines, turbines, motors cooling equipment, pump stations, pumps, dehydration equipment, process equipment, valves, seals and other related equipment.
-
Start, stop and operate engines/pumps within defined operating parameters.
-
Ensure the cost effective and efficient performance of all engines, pumps and associated equipment at compressor stations, pump stations, terminals, pipelines, and process plants.
-
Diagnose and repair engines, turbines, pumps, seals, valves and instruments.
-
Install, repair, service and maintain valves, pipe, pipeline appurtenances, corrosion control protection systems, measurement equipment and storage well equipment.
-
Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment, including pipeline right-of-way, and gathering or storage areas, including but not limited to excavating, repairing, coating and backfilling pipelines, concrete work, painting, building erection, weed control, etc.

Maintain, adjust, make minor repairs, and operate equipment (e.g., industrial wheeled tractors, water pumps, air compressors, expanders, coolers, test equipment, vehicles, etc.)
-
Represent the Company during contacts with landowner/tenants, public officials/emergency officials and at local meetings. (One Call, Pipeline Groups, Soil Conservation, USFS, etc.)

Oversee construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties.

Train and oversee company and third party personnel as required (e.g., personnel in progression, transport drivers, contractors, visitors)
-
Perform governmental compliance activities (PHMSA, State Agencies, EPA, USFS, etc.)
-
Perform minor electrical maintenance.
-
Identify, report and correct safety and environmental concerns.
-
Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives.

Participate in the development of O&M Procedures, Site Specific Procedures, project scopes and work plans.

Complete all applicable documentation and record keeping.

Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, regulatory, and Company tariff requirements.

Position Requirements
Minimum requirements: Education:
