Responsibilities
Duly Health and Care is the largest independent, multi-specialty physician-directed medical group in the Midwest with more than 900 primary care and specialty care physicians and more than 6,000 team members, in over 150 locations. We support nearly 2.5 million individuals in their personal health journeys each year.
The Practice
- Current practice includes 12 ophthalmologists, 3 optometrists, certified ophthalmic technicians and a full support staff.
- Due to a physician retirement, we are seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist for our offices in Oak Lawn and Tinley Park to join as early as summer/fall 2025.
- Potential for 1,000 cataract surgery cases/year!
- Exceptional facility amenities with high end technology and devices to support a thriving practice from day one.
- Expect Monday through Friday office hours, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM. No Saturdays.
- Cases performed at Silver Cross Hospital, the Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery, and Tinley Woods Surgery Center.
- Call is 1:8.

The Compensation and Benefits

- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role
- Current CPR Certification
