Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Web Design & New Media, Digital Arts, or a related field and two (2) years of experience as a Designer II, Visual Communication Design or related occupation working in a design environment. The 2 years of experience must include: 1. Understanding of design cycle: design, iteration, and validation; 2. Experience with designing forms to minimize friction and enhance usability; 3. Experience with customer experience (CX) user flows and creating outputs ready for development; 4.
