- Develop and execute seasonal and promotional visual merchandising directives for all store locations.
- Create and maintain inspiring and brand-aligned visual displays, window presentations, and in-store layouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams to translate campaign concepts into effective visual strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints within the retail environment.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with store managers to ensure optimal product placement and stock rotation.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry, preferably fashion or apparel.
- Proven ability to create compelling visual displays and store layouts.
- Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and spatial arrangement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

The Zone Lead (ZL) supports merchandising in designated zones and maintains an active selling culture by ensuring that all visual aspects are set and upheld to documented company standards designed to drive sales. Provides expertise in visual standards, merchandising techniques, fixturing, and implementation of all in-store marketing elements (signs, vignettes, endcaps, tables, first look/flash finds) that reinforce seasons/holidays and in-store promotions within their designated areas. The Zone Lead influences store Team Members to be knowledgeable about visual merchandising and visual standards while always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
The Zone Lead supports all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning, in conjunction with the Zone Manager, and leading the transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while at the same time maintaining visual integrity, a neat/clean, organized environment, and inspiring guests to discover ideas and solutions through compelling visual merchandising.
The ZL oversees Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks in partnership with the Zone Manager to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, etc., The Zone Lead participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions The ZL processes freight and stocks designated areas, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, organized zone.
The ZL supports the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience so the store will operate effectively and profitably. The ZL serves as a role model and coach in all areas as it relates to visual merchandising experience and provides continuous learning opportunities to all.
The ZL leverages daily interactions to communicate and teach/train visual priorities and creation of visual moments that support the customer experience.
The Zone Lead reviews the store financial and business data from the store scorecard, including sales and expenses, and acts within assigned zones to improve metrics.
The Zone Lead ensures the maintenance of a neat, clean, organized zone ensuring the store is always up to date with current signing and sets.
Open Availability (require nights and weekends)
At least 18 years old.
High School Diploma/Equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
The ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations relate them to the store environment and adapt to different store designs and architecture.
