The Retail Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. Acts as store department lead and helps ensure the department had appropriate inventory levels.
**Job Specifications:**
+ Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $4.73/hr
+ Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2025
+ Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Generate sales, and demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
+ Responsible for opening and closing store
+ Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth
+ Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
+ Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies
+ Manage sales floor team and rental process
+ Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication
+ Provide great customer service to all guests
+ Ensure pricing is accurate and current including any and all promotions
+ Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
+ Other duties as assigned
**Job Requirements:**
+ Previous retail sales experience - required
+ Previous snow sport industry experience - preferred
+ Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - required
+ Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
+ Commitment to exceptional customer service
+ Basic computer skills
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - required
+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
+ Fly Fishing/Fishing experience - Required

The expected pay range is 23.00/hr - 24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Description
We are seeking a GORE Cover Compost Field Sales Associate (f/m/d) to join our Gore Cover Compost (GCC) team. In this role, you will be leading business development activities for EMEA, a key market with a long history in organic recovery. This individual will promote circular economies and drive sustainability by the production of compost from recovered organics using the GORE Cover. The role also develops and grows long-term partnerships by representing Gore in a rapidly evolving regenerative agriculture ecosystem.
This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Europe.
Responsibilities:- Define and execute strategic account plans for EMEA that support regional and global growth initiatives in collaboration with the business team
- Identify evolving EMEA customer technical needs and collaborate with product and operations, and partner teams to supply the full composting solution
- Advance composting sales opportunities using appropriate methodologies; ensure clear customer value is demonstrated throughout the sales process
- Develop and execute territory/account plans in alignment with business objectives that are communicated to and supported by the core GCC business team
- Develop Subject Matter Expertise (over time) in organics processing techniques for Source Separated Organics, Biosolids, Municipal Solid Waste, Anaerobic Digestion and adjacent applications of GORE Cover
- Learn and teach application engineering principles in composting for various feedstocks, system sizing, mass balance calculations, site planning, material flow and adjacent equipment used in composting
- Act as primary contact for stakeholder education and influencing with Regulators, Engineering Companies, Trade Industry Groups and Large End Users
- Actively participate in Industry Trade groups via Membership, Board Member, Committee Member
- Provide market and industry analysis and feedback to the core business team
- Develop and participate in workshops, writing articles, abstracts and presentations and authorized supplier training
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business AND proven experience driving customer development and execution
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, strategic account sales or management, or customer relationship experience with track record of influence and results.
- Ability to lead teams outside of home region (Europe, or Asia), including setting investment criteria, defining milestones, and aligning goals
- Externally focused, with a proven track record of building relationships and partnerships with end customers, distributors, and/or other key stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with a strong understanding of end-to-end business drivers
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including applying the 80/20 rule and driving action, even with incomplete data, by engaging others and building followership around key decisions
- Thrives in ambiguous environments with a highly entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Driving license
- Experience at any level with compost or sustainability personally or professionally
- Desire to commit to and grow with the business long term-bringing consistency, vision, and leadership continuity as the business evolves
- Unincumbered with the potential to conduct work activities at landfills, transfer stations, wastewater treatment plants, animal feed operations, food and animal processing facilities
