This role blends data, forecasting, item management, and eCommerce strategy to support both our clients and our internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Vendor Performance Analysis
- Analyze and report on key vendor performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Ensure alignment with internal goals and client objectives
- Forecast Ownership
- Develop, manage, and refine forecasting processes
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning
- Omni Process Ownership
- Drive e-commerce initiatives to enhance supplier and partner relationships
- Optimize omni-channel processes across digital and in-store operations
- Vendor & Item Management
- Own Walmart item setup and maintenance, including Imports
- Ensure accurate, competitive product pages and improve content quality scores
- Troubleshoot and resolve item setup and maintenance errors
- Manage domestic cost changes, BRAND ID creation (domestic/import), CO-OP tracking, and accounting research
- Handle claims and defectives as needed
- Reporting & Client Support
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights
- Provide data-supported recommendations and respond to buyer/supplier requests
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain accurate records of program agreements, pricing, item/order status, and planning updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align timelines and supplier onboarding processes
- Guide and support clients through Walmart systems and process best practices
- Quote Management
- Manage QMS and Supplier Quote processes (Import) to support Sales and client needs
- Use PLM and Bamboo Rose to facilitate new item creation
- Provide new item numbers and quote/template IDs to SCM for handoff
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, retail operations, or vendor management-Walmart or CPG experience preferred
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools a plus
- Familiarity with Walmart platforms: Retail Link, Item 360, QMS, PLM, Bamboo Rose
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred

Position Summary:
The Category Manager is responsible for championing the development and execution of short and long term BA Portfolio plans that leverage consumer, syndicated data and customer insights, as well as future trends. - TheCategory Manager will be responsible for introducing new ideas for Category growth within the Pkg Salad Category and Center Store, including the areas of product development, packaging, marketing communication and/or in-store materials, leveraging their deep knowledge of the business and market analysis.

This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving growth, and managing key customer relationships. · The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $248,100 to $372,100 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. Compensation and Benefits:
