**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Assist with calling/completing WDAS Facilities requests
+ Deliver supply room items as requested and maintain stock
+ Assist with sales of Merchandise Corner items
+ Ensure that the vending machine inventory is at acceptable levels
+ Assist with the set-up of bagels every Monday (6:30am start time)
+ Assist with distribution of employee giveaways
+ Help with other events as requested
+ Keep mail station organized and tidy
+ Deliver paychecks as needed
+ Maintain food areas in the caffeine patch, including fresh fruit, cereal bar and peak time snacks
**Required Qualifications** **:**
+ Motivated, creative and highly curious nature
+ Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Suite, etc.
+ Resourceful, flexible and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
+ Ability to prioritize multiple, at times conflicting demands and meet deadlines

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $20.61 per hour based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

•Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars.
•Wash glasses and other serving equipment at bars.
•Stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer, and replace empty beer kegs.
•Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks.
