Summary:
The employee in this position is responsible for photographing, filming, editing, and delivering multi-media graphic/video content for both internal and external customers in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consults with internal stakeholders to determine media production needs: advise appropriately regarding various aspects of development and design and use of media presentation
- Develops project goals, objectives, and timetables for production and post-production
- Partners with the communications team, customers, and management to create and edit scripts and storyboards while determining the appropriateness of the intended use and audience
- Manages all phases of production by editing video and photo projects while maintaining overall brand identity and image
- Transports, sets up and operates various production equipment (e.g., cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones) for location and studio production
- Edits and assembles final visual/audio program material; ensures consistency and relevancy to production; monitors the technical quality of end product
- Translates audio, video, graphics, and digital animation, and other digital media content into various distributable formats
- Researches, acquires, and maintains audio and visual equipment and software tests all equipment to determine the technical quality of the recording, audio, and lighting equipment prior to operation in the field; operates and maintains proper audio/video levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video equipment, and other production equipment
- Ability to conduct on-camera interviews: research interviewee and relevant content, prepares and directs on-camera and voice talent
- Keeps abreast of current and new products, applications, systems, and software needed for media production
- Verifies that all content produced follows copyright laws and meets ADA compliance

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university, preferably with a bachelor's degree in Video and Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Arts, or related fields
- Experience in digital media production, video communication, broadcasting, Radio/TV or operating video and photographic cameras and editing software
Knowledge and Abilities
:
- Ability to deal tactfully with internal and external customers, to exercise sound judgment in decision making to express ideas clearly, concisely, and convincingly, and maintain adequate documentation of work performed
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously, support team members, and track complex tasks across multiple stakeholders

The primary responsibility of the Motion Graphics Coordinator is to manage the daily workflow within the motion graphics department by accurately tracking all incoming and outgoing graphic requests and emails. This includes assigning projects to the next available designer, coordinating any required assets, and relaying additional direction provided during request discussions. Once a request has been posted, the coordinator will conduct a general review of the graphics to ensure nothing was missed, assess designer availability for the next assignment, and stay familiar with recent work to help identify duplicate requests and respond to client questions about past deliverables.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a must. Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and organized, with the ability to work independently. Additional Requirements:

Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 (not bonus eligible)

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to create visually compelling motion and static graphics for Huemor's clients. You'll help elevate brand identity and digital experiences through animations, web visuals, social campaigns, and marketing content.
As part of a fast-growing web design and development agency, you'll collaborate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and strategists to deliver impactful creative that drives results. This is a hands-on role where creativity, technical skill, and collaboration come together to bring ideas to life
2. What You'll DoCreative Production & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain creative quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables support client goals.
- Translate briefs and brand identities into engaging visual concepts.
- Produce motion graphics for websites, presentations, campaigns, and social platforms.
- Design high-quality static assets such as infographics, icons, and marketing visuals.
- Adapt and refine work based on client and team feedback.
- Create animations, UI motion elements, and short-form video content.
- Use tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Jitter, or similar to build interactive graphics.
- Work with developers to integrate animations into websites and digital products.
- Stay current on motion and digital design trends.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Huemor's creative standards.
- Optimize files for web, mobile, and social performance.
- Explore emerging design and AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Work closely with clients and account managers to understand brand vision, style, and design needs.
- Present concepts and design iterations in a clear, professional manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure final deliverables reflect both creative vision and technical requirements.
Need To Have's
- 2+ years of professional motion graphics experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing both motion graphics and static design work.
- Proficiency with Jitter and similar tools (Figma experience a plus).
- Ability to deliver high-quality work across digital platforms (web, social, campaigns).
- Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color, composition, branding).
- Excellent time management and ability to work across multiple projects.
- Clear communication skills for presenting ideas to clients and team members.
- Experience with AI design tools for concepting or prototyping.
- Video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Familiarity with responsive web design and accessibility best practices.
- Experience building motion systems, animated icon libraries, or reusable templates.
- Comfort working in a distributed, remote-first environment.
