Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our logistics and warehousing operations in **Orlando, Florida, US**. This pivotal role involves managing a dynamic team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy across all warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve departmental goals and uphold high standards of performance.
  • Oversee inventory management systems to ensure accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and optimize stock levels.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment.
  • Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations management.
  • Demonstrated experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
