1. Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
2. 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/management experience, preferably in a metals or building materials environment.
3. Strong understanding of aluminum extrusion handling and material flow.
4. Certified forklift operator (or ability to obtain certification).
5. Proficient in electric stand-up and fuel-powered sit-down forklift operations.
6. Experience in truck routing, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and inventory management systems.

**Qualifications:**
1. Warehouse & Inventory Management
2. Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging, and shipping aluminum patio extrusion products.
3. Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and FIFO practices.

**Pay and Benefits**

**Responsibilities**
+ Oversees warehouse and inventory organization
+ Leads the staging and loading of trucks
+ Manages the flow of inventory between facilities within the organization
+ Leads inventory cycle counting efforts

As a Warehouse Manager, you would be responsible for all aspects of receiving, shipping and controlling incoming and outgoing new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, wheels and other types of tire related products and materials for a Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers location. This position would also involve performing warehouse administration duties, supervision, and logistics management.
**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**
+ Overseeing all inbound and outbound tire shipments of new and retreaded tires to internal and external customers.
+ Inventory protection, warehouse layout, and product movement.
+ Delivering or coordinating delivery of work orders.
+ Performing warehouse administrative duties involving billing, ordering parts and inventory.
+ Safely operating shop equipment when receiving and delivering equipment/parts.
+ Maintaining a clean and safe working environment within the shop.
+ Maintaining warehouse area in a neat and organized manner.
+ Providing "Service Excellence - Always" to meet the service goals of the location.
+ Reviewing shipments and advising management of shortages or damaged shipments.
+ Working with Service Manager and Office Manager on proper documentation of merchandise to control.
**Basic Requirements:**
+ 1 year previous warehouse experience
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Forklift experience required

**Preferred Qualifications:**
