**Description:**
Direct warehouse activities for the organization by performing on site services in support of the Air Force Air Logistics Complex's (ALC) supply chain management efforts This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics support activities provided to ALC.
**What you will be responsible for:**
+ Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
+ Ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing material/orders to the customer or return of material to the OEMs for repair.
+ Complete all day-to-day operational requirements as assigned by the Program Manager or Operations Manager.
+ Develop and manage staffing requirements, implementation plans, and training schedules.
+ Coordinate with local USG representatives and AAR Procurement to expedite material for requirements.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

+ Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of ten years related experience as a supervisor.
+ At least seven years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
+ Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and leading a diverse staff.
+ Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance (if necessary).

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate remains injury free, always. Champion safety procedures, processes and training to create and maintain a safety-first culture in the warehouse.
- Oversee and develop warehouse associates through one-on-one coaching, training on policy and procedures, assisting in problem resolution when required, and leading by example. Discuss associate performance with Sr. Warehouse Managers and create plans to address gaps.
- Create a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and directing workforce to ensure efficient workflow.
- Direct and supervise the work and productivity of associates within the warehouse department. Drive associate engagement and retention, and create a culture that embodies US Foods values.
- Participate in building high-performing teams by interviewing and hiring warehouse personnel, in conjunction with Sr. Warehouse Managers. Review performance, coach on productivity and safety targets, and deliver disciplinary action.
- Lead and direct associates to achieve accurate orders that are then staged and loaded on the trucks. Oversee the preparation of the warehouse for shipping or receiving on the next shift.
- Monitor operational information, such as "mis-picks" and productivity reports, to ensure the entire shift meets rates and follows preferred methods. Take action through coaching and counseling to correct behaviors.
- On day shift, designate dock locations for inbound carriers. Ensure product is stocked in appropriate location in accordance with food safety and FIFO processes & procedures. Monitor replenishment activity to ensure stock is available for the shipping shift and to minimize the potential for "shorts". Oversee will call.
- Maintain physical condition and safety of warehouse and equipment, including preparing work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment.
- Work with operations management team to identify sources of inventory shrink and assist in development of an action plan. Analyze the current operations and make recommendations to improve on expense and cost control.
- Regularly inspect facility for safety hazards and either resolve them or report them to the safety manager as appropriate. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and its equipment.
- Ensure Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and FSQA requirements are followed.
- Effectively schedule working shifts by leveraging appropriate planning tools (i.e., Microsoft Excel)

**SUPERVISION:**
- Direct: Union and/or non-union warehouse on-floor associates (Loaders, Selectors, Receivers, Forklift drivers, etc.)

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
Related Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office).
**Travel:**

  • Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.

  • Implement and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows.
  • Optimize space utilization and implement effective material handling strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in an e-commerce or high-volume distribution environment.
  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship & Distribution Manager (CRDM) to join our Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) team. This role will build and maintain relationships with multinational customers and employee benefits consultants to partner on global employee benefits solutions as offered by ZGEBS.
This is a virtual position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
The CRDM will be managing highly complex employee benefit offerings and will work directly with customers' organizations and/or in collaboration with employee benefits consultants. They will be responsible for retention and expansion of the existing book of business as well as spending a significant portion of their time identifying and developing opportunities to expand the ZGEBS portfolio of global employee benefits solutions.
Responsibilities include:
+ Creating, developing, and managing relationships with customers and employee benefits consultants to influence them to (continue to) do business with the organization
+ Attending client and/or employee benefits consultant meetings as required
+ Evaluating business opportunities to optimize profitable sales and retention to achieve business targets
+ Retain existing business and secure new business, coordinating tenders, and identifying cross-sell opportunities
+ Act as the customer's first point of entry into the Zurich organization for Global Employee Benefits solutions, taking overall responsibility for the customer within Zurich
+ Identifying, analyzing, and facilitating business development opportunities
+ Collaborating with other key functions (Underwriting, Operations, Finance) to facilitate a holistic value proposition for your customer
+ Coordinating insurance solutions globally with the Zurich Employee Benefits Network
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales areaOR
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Sales area OR
+ Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area AND
+ Territory or portfolio management experience
+ Relationship building experience across internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 6 or more years of experience in International Employee Benefit Industry
+ 3 to 5 years consultative sales experience
+ Experience with account management, new business acquisition, business development opportunities.
+ Excellent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus) to effectively communicate with senior external and internal customers and stakeholders
+ Ability to navigate through ambiguity and solve complex problems by presenting creative solutions.
+ Experience working with stakeholders and customers/clients domestically and internationally, bridging cultural and communication gaps to convey a message.
+ Market facing experience, with an ability to communicate and present complex concept clearly
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Pro-active mindset, seeking to collaborate with different team members to support the organizations goals

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $98,300.00 - $161,000.00. This position included a variable component that is based on an individual's performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
