Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our TEAM! As the Warehouse Associate, we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customers orders, and inventory checks. This position involves daily use of forklift and/or crane equipment. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $17.84 and $2.31 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs. Primary Objective: Performs a variety of material-handling duties associated with the warehouse. Primary Function and Scope:
- Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
- Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
- Operates crane forklift equipment.
- Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
- May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
- Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Forklift Operator.
- Crane Forklift experience+.
- 1+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

An Equipment Operator is responsible for the daily distribution activities, productivity, and quality within the assigned area(s) of a distribution facility. This position is responsible for demonstrating safety, quality and productivity performance and operational expertise. This position will be required to proficiently perform at least one or more distribution-related activities (e.g. order filling, shipping, receiving) on a regular basis with 60% or more of work performed using a forklift or PIT.

• Program Leadership: Lead and coordinate strategic programs across a global portfolio of distribution centres, ensuring alignment with company goals and supply chain initiatives.
• Global Site Performance Oversight: Partner with site leaders to monitor performance, enforce operational standards, and identify and implement best practices across sites in AMR, EMEIA and APAC
• Project Execution: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of global DC projects (e.g., new product introduction scale planning to ensure consistent methodologies and reporting across the regions on infrastructure, headcount and capacities.)
• Data & Performance Analytics: Develop and track KPIs for distribution centre operations; use data to recommend strategic and tactical improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with DC Operations, DC third party suppliers, supply chain, BPR (Business process improvement), transportation, IT, finance, and commercial teams to align DC operations with broader business needs.

Minimum Qualifications
