The Market Delivery Operations (MDO) Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the cross-dock distribution center operation and team results to meet customer service and financial goals. They will be responsible for leading a team of 20-40 associates to successfully execute the daily receiving of inbound customer orders, staging of orders, and processing of outbound deliveries to customers ensuring customers receive their accurate and complete product orders within the committed time frame. The manager will work closely with the market transportation team to ensure transportation resources are optimized to drive out cost and maximize overall delivery network efficiency. The manager will need to create a positive associate environment and set a standard of high performance in order to meet the needs of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ 30% Manage the workflow for the MDO operation and related transportation or warehouse related systems. Leverage work in progress (WIP) metrics to stay on plan or identify issues to resolve.
+ 25% Manage building and operating conditions to ensure a clean, safe, and positive associate environment.
+ 20% Monitor the MDO building level scorecard, financials, and safety metrics and identify recommendations for improvement or address any potential issues.
+ 15% Oversee exception handling for deliveries, which may include interfacing with customers or Home Depot department to resolve any identified issues.
+ 10% Manage all inbound and outbound loads (either directly with THD drivers or indirectly through 3PL on-site delivery or transportation delivery agent) to ensure performance meets expectations.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Director of Supply Chain Enabling** to support the Direct Materials supply chain at Western Digital. PeaceHealth is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position.
The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $18.12 - $27.16.
The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
Provides a variety of material handling support; such as receipt, distribution, linen, inventory and equipment management.
**Details of the position:**
+ Assists with requisitioning, stocking, receipt and distribution of supplies. Upon receipt of supplies, inspects and verifies quantities. Processes documentation on receipt and distribution of supplies according to department operational procedures and policies. As appropriate, records linen usage by department.
+ Responsible for supply inventory monitoring; rotates products, monitors expiration dates, ensures proper labeling and storage of equipment and/or supplies.
+ Prepares supplies, linen and equipment for distribution and delivers supplies to departments. Fills daily requisitions, determines delivery method, truck, courier, etc.
+ May perform equipment management by coordinating repairs, loaner services and rental equipment to minimize delays in services to department.
+ Works on special requests and/or projects as assigned.

As the Warehouse Associate - Supply Chain Services, you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks in order to complete Supply Chain Services projects. You will be responsible for planning resources and material needs, subsequent manufacturing or assembling products specific to customer requirements, keeping track of related inventory, and providing service repairs when necessary.
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical warehouse tasks related to assigned project (i.e. - advanced kitting, cabinet builds, rack builds, IP addressing, contractor services, etc.)
- Assembles and performs project based subsequent manufacturing according to customer specifications
- Takes direction from leadership to understand scope of project and necessary tasks for execution
- Monitors inventory related to project
- Works closely with and takes project related direction from the internal PIM (Project Implementation Manager) or Project Services team
- Communicates via phone/email with vendor for troubleshooting needs
- Follows quality control (QC) checklist to ensure all requirements are met before shipping
- Creates labels and processes project related shipments
- Completes project tasks and pays strong attention to details while meeting deadlines
- Utilize math, reading, and basic computer skills to fully complete project
- Maintain workstation in an orderly manner, follow housekeeping duties and safety requirements
