Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a **Security Site Supervisor** .
The **Security Site Supervisor** will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The **Security Site Supervisor** will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
+ Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
+ Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
+ Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift

Required Qualifications

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Architect to join our growing team at Oracle, as we embark on an exciting journey of exponential cloud growth. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations, expanding our supplier base, launching new GPU as well as traditional hardware products, improving internal policy, processes, and tools in support of business growth.
The Supply Chain Architect will be on a dedicated team of 4-5 individuals led by an experienced Oracle supply chain director. All team members must have a common set of strong general program and project management skills plus their own unique specialized skills in at least one area.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Gather and analyze data, formulate clear proposals, and present them effectively to all stakeholders to gain buy-in.
+ Present these plans for Executive VP review, covering critical supply chain topics.
+ Once approved, take ownership of implementation, providing daily status updates and ensuring timely execution.
+ Demonstrate resilience and the ability to handle criticism constructively.
+ Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
+ Act as a liaison and SME to collaborate with various supply chain, engineering, and cloud operations teams to define requirements, solution design, and implementation of supply chain processes, tools, and automation.
+ Lead and influence cross-functional teams without traditional direct reports, ensuring successful project outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
Generalist Skills (Required):
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and cloud compute hardware supply chain management, supply chain planning, procurement, operations, or solutions architecture, with a strong track record of process improvement.
+ Strong experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.), WMS, PLM, and analytics tools.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration between supply chain operations, and engineering with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
+ Preferred certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) Cloud certification.
+ Preferred proficiency in program/project management, including requirement gathering, team formation, planning, and execution using structure project management methodologies like PMP, Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma (CSSBB).

+ Supply chain experience must include experience working with the RFP/Bid process, contract development/negotiation and execution and supply chain execution. Experience working with engineers, estimators, buyers, logistics and expediting in the procurement process.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

Experience with DTS, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5+ years of progressive IT experience.

  • Responsibilitiesof this function include financial management (i.e., EVMS, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales, etc.); supplier management (i.e., Line of Balance (LOB)/Material Status, Supplier Risk/Opportunity management, supplier performance, supply chain metrics, make buy/make where strategies, tactical/strategic sourcing, etc.), and requirements management (i.e., FAR/DFARS, ITAR, OPSEC, security classification guides, public law, quality, warranty, etc.).
  • Supply Chain Program Manager will ensure the placement and receipt of all material requirements to meet those strategies and plans in support of site requirements, including complete material management and ownership (schedule, cost, and Material EAC).
  • The position includes responsibility for financial management (budgets, targets, forecasting); overall ownership of the supplier management process and communication of customer flow-through requirements to ensure that supplier performance exceeds leadership objectives.

Job Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of experience, bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related industry experience.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge and experience in procurement and planning, MRP/ERP planning and transactions, BOM structures, and material estimating.
  • Track record of managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules and scarce resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections, and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver online products/services
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Experience establishing & maintaining KPIs to track and monitor performance and develop improvement plans
  • Experience with and knowledge of defense acquisition.
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management and Program Management
  • Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills developed from contracts, proposal management, supplier management, capture management, or similar negotiating activities.
  • Ability to develop and execute project plans within budget and schedule constraints, ability to simultaneously manage multiple programs and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, with experience in establishing and tracking program metrics.
  • Track record of working in an ambiguous environment and ability to define processes that can scale.
  • Experience in Lean/Six Sigma, and demonstrate proficiency at creating models/tools, re-engineering business processes, and performing complex data analysis to improve profitability, cost structure by product group, and production volume attainment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills. Able to solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Desired Qualification :
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Coupa system(s).

About the job Supply Chain Systems Administrator

Provide advanced application, Operating System, and database support for the company's supply chain and distribution systems. Typical tasks include systems administration and integration, report development, technical and operational support, training, and documentation.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
Provide daily operational support for the company's Supply Chain applications, including supply chain management, warehouse management and conveyor systems, EDI, and shipping.
Identify and develop in-house reports and/or system functions where vendor-provided software falls short of company needs.
Work with software vendors regarding resolution of application bugs and system issues.
Implement patches and releases into test/QA and production systems.
Create and maintain technical/operational test plans for new software patches and releases.
Monitor Supply Chain SQL Server databases and application servers to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Create new instances of databases and copy databases/code sets between test and production environments.
Develop and implement custom scripts to automate and monitor daily operations.
Maintain documentation for all Supply Chain application configurations and administrative procedures.
Work with the Project Management team and business units to provide reports and data in support of business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve Supply Chain incidents in a timely manner.
Work with necessary internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Receive & respond to Supply Chain-related incidents from system alarms and/or internal system user reports.
Assign and/or update incident severity levels based on business impacts.
Inform user groups and IT teams of incidents and provide periodic status updates and resolution ETAs.
Provide 24/7 emergency support for systems and applications as needed.
Other duties as required that may occasionally be necessary to support facilities.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in the design, deployment, and administration of Windows and Microsoft SQL Server systems.
Experience with DTS, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5+ years of progressive IT experience.
Experience working with Blue Cherry preferred but not required.
Experience supporting Supply Chain/Warehouse Management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Experience with Windows OS and Active Directory environment.
Experience with Citrix and Terminal Services.
Knowledge of networking and TCP/IP.
Experience managing Microsoft IIS.
Ability to work through problems independently.
Must have professional customer service skills over the phone, email, and in-person.
Knowledge of SQL Server database environment and SQL tools.
Knowledge of scripting using PERL, DBI, VBS, FTP, and XML.
Ability to comprehend and document technical issues with attention to detail.
Ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate the status of multiple tasks.
Ability to create intuitive technical and non-technical documentation.
