+ The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse

**Position Purpose:**

+ 25% Coaching and Developing Associates: Guides associates in daily operations, and monitors to ensure a high degree of productivity, safety, service and quality. Uses discretion to provide coaching and counseling to associates regarding job performance, methods of performing job tasks. + 15% Drives Results: Maintains inventory accuracy and control; reviews reports identifies area of improvement for key metrics inclouding productivity, accuracy, quality and expenses.
+ 15% Business Planning: Coordinats and monitors operations with the functional area to ensure performance production rates are consistent with business plan and pattern, reducing irregularities and damages. Reviews reports and business metrics to analyze and plan staffing needs for optimimum department operations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Responsible for oversight for all NA distribution operations: Receiving, shipping, inventory control, cost, and all related SLAs, KPIs, CIs.
  • Escalation point for NA Distribution team
  • Responsible for quality, performance, and capacity of contract logistics providers.
  • Support business cases for new distribution strategies.
  • Thought leader for cost efficiencies and frugality initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence by developing and improving KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage daily plan to exceed expectations for labor productivity, inventory control and order accuracy. Achieve monthly budget targets.
  • Identify process improvements, cost optimization and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
  • Effectively manage and deliver projects within scope, time, budget and quality
  • Support RFPs, contract negotiations, ramp-ups and ramp down of warehouses.
  • Prioritize projects and data flow improvements (eg. EDI), evaluate and set stakeholder expectations.
Basic Qualifications

•3+ years of team management experience

•3+ years of program or project management experience

•3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

•Masters degree

•Quantitative and qualitative experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business experience

•Experience with various warehouse models such as bonded, free trade zone environments

•Strong business and financial acumen with data extraction, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques

•5+ years experience managing warehouse 3PL providers

•5+ years experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

•Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries

Oversee planning and inventory optimization to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, while minimizing waste and excess. Manage logistics and distribution networks across retail, DTC, and e-commerce channels, driving both efficiency and service excellence. Champion digital transformation through the implementation and evolution of ERP and supply chain technologies (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) to improve visibility, agility, and forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Operations to support innovation and market expansion. Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety, organic, non-GMO, and sustainability standards, working closely with quality and certification bodies.
