• Manage all aspects of film and video production, from initial concept development to final delivery.
• Develop detailed production schedules, including shooting days, editing timelines, and delivery dates.
• Create and manage production budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within financial parameters.
• Source and hire crew members, talent, and vendors, negotiating contracts and rates.
• Oversee logistics, including location scouting, permits, equipment rental, and travel arrangements.
• Liaise with directors, producers, and other key creative personnel to ensure alignment with the project's artistic vision.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards on set.
• Manage day-to-day on-set operations, problem-solving effectively to overcome any challenges that arise.
• Coordinate post-production activities, including editing, sound mixing, color grading, and visual effects.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, crew, and management.
• Manage production insurance and legal requirements.
• Oversee the acquisition and management of production assets and deliverables.

• Be the primary point of contact for all production-related inquiries and issues within our Grand Rapids, Michigan, US operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in film production management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, scheduling, and managing production logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of all stages of the filmmaking process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Experience with various production software and tools.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and crisis management.
• Willingness to travel as needed for projects.

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of film and video productions.
• Develop and manage production schedules, call sheets, and shooting boards.
• Liaise with directors, producers, department heads, and crew members.
• Manage production office operations, including supplies and equipment.
• Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and catering for cast and crew.
• Assist with location scouting, securing permits, and managing location agreements.

• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, storyboards, and digital renderings to communicate design ideas.
• Oversee the design and construction of sets, props, costumes, and special effects to ensure visual coherence.
• Collaborate closely with the director to understand and translate their vision into tangible designs.
• Manage the art department budget and ensure all designs are within financial constraints.
• Lead and mentor a team of art directors, set designers, prop masters, and construction crews.
• Source materials, furniture, and decor that align with the film's period and stylistic requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on set.
• Conduct location surveys and adapt designs to fit various shooting environments.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Production Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of award-winning film production design work.
• Proven experience as a Lead Production Designer on at least two major feature films.
• Mastery of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional understanding of film history, art history, architecture, and costume design.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a demanding production environment.
• Keen eye for detail, color theory, and composition.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing project needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in film production management, with a proven track record of managing feature films, documentaries, or high-end commercials.
• Extensive knowledge of production logistics, budgeting software (e.g., Movie Magic Budgeting), and scheduling software (e.g., Movie Magic Scheduling).
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with vendors, talent agencies, and local authorities.
• Familiarity with union agreements and labor laws relevant to the film industry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong network of industry contacts is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible, often long, hours as dictated by production schedules.
