- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and drawings, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between project teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and other correspondence for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project administrative role, preferably within the energy, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Strong interest in and basic understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
